POSTS STORIES REELS

Some leaders build companies; others build the people, partnerships, and possibilities that allow entire industries to move forward. Mirlina Jean Mary, widely known as La Lune, brings these dimensions together through a career shaped by entrepreneurship, strategic thinking, and a commitment to empowering women.

With more than a decade of entrepreneurial experience, La Lune has developed a professional presence across several sectors, including food and hospitality, beauty, taxation, insurance, and professional services. Her ability to navigate different business environments reflects a versatile approach to leadership, grounded in identifying opportunities, organizing resources, and turning ideas into structured ventures.

Her work also reaches into Haiti’s entertainment industry. As manager of music artist Baky, she contributes to career development through strategic planning, project coordination, and business-oriented decision-making. Her involvement in event production and major projects further illustrates her ability to connect creative ambitions with the organization and partnerships required to bring them to life.

Yet La Lune’s ambitions extend beyond commercial growth. Mentorship and women’s empowerment occupy an important place in her vision. She encourages women to recognize their abilities, pursue leadership opportunities, and resist the pressure to limit themselves to a single profession or socially prescribed role.

Her journey reflects a broader understanding of success: building ventures matters, but so does creating opportunities for others to advance. By combining business leadership, artist management, and mentorship, La Lune continues to shape a professional identity that crosses industries while maintaining a clear focus on ambition and impact.

For Mirlina Jean Mary, leadership means having the courage to pursue a larger vision without allowing expectations to determine its limits. Through the work she undertakes and the women she seeks to inspire, she represents a model of entrepreneurship rooted in initiative, independence, and the determination to create a path of her own. #ayitiboost by @mrslalune

Y’all really showed up for me this birthday 🥹❤️

Every call, text, DM, and Facebook post put the biggest smile on my face. I felt so loved from beginning to end.

I’d change it slightly so you don’t say “special” twice:

To everyone who came out to dinner, having you there made the night even more special. The laughter, the conversations, the good food, and all the love I felt made it a night I’ll truly cherish🥰

God has been so good to me, and this birthday was another reminder of just how blessed I am.

My heart is FULL. Thank you for loving on me ❤️🥂✨

Here’s to another year. 🖤✨

Grateful for every lesson, every blessing, every closed door, and every door God opened that I never saw coming.

I’m walking into another year with a full heart, bigger faith, and an even greater appreciation for the woman I’ve become.

Happy Birthday to me. 🥂🎂
Here’s to more life, more purpose, more love, and everything God has for me. 👑✨

Sometimes growth is simply saying YES when God calls you higher. 🙏🏾✨

I’ve spent years learning and leading, but in this season, I want God to shape the leader in me. Not just to lead, but to lead with Him, through Him, and for His purpose. 🤍

Alive Leadership Institute, I’m ready! 🙌🏾

In this episode of La Lune Connects, Wilton @chefkompapearl , co-owner of Pearl of the Caribbean Cuisine @pearloftheislandcuisine , shares a powerful lesson every entrepreneur and business owner needs to hear:

✨ If you don’t truly love what you do, money alone won’t be enough to keep you going.
✨ Passion is what keeps you moving when business gets hard.
✨ When your purpose is greater than your paycheck, you’ll find the strength to keep showing up.

No matter what industry you’re in, the foundation of longterm success is loving what you do. The money may motivate you for a season, but passion is what sustains you for a lifetime.
