Based on 97% of A COMBINED SIX SESSIONS and more than 1515 scholars, college students, and STEM Professionals PARTICIPANT DATA (Exit Ticket Feedback), we earned at least a 9️⃣5️⃣percent approval rate.

🗣️ EVERY SINGLE @baltcityschools & @teambcps High School, but especially ANY with CTE Programs should be registered and ATTENDING next year.

A MARVELOUS MONDAY IT WAS!

@learnwithryan walked away from today’s #ProfessionalDevelopment EMPOWERED to challenge systemic constraints (traditional education models, rigid silos between community stakeholders, outdated pedagogy and methodologies) having learned new, research-informed models and approaches to COLLABORATIVELY CURATING a version of our COMMUNITY that will truly assist us with “Preparing Scholars for Global Competition”.

“You can’t starve someone God is feeding.” is this year’s WINNING WEDNESDAYS mantra for our executive team.

@learnwithryan ‘s Executive Team is God filled, YOUTH CENTERED and laser focused on elevating our scholars for their NEXT. Whether it’s college and career pathways, job readiness, life skills development, academic support, or mentoring to name a few; we are READY.

Coupled with PASSION , PURPOSE, and ALIGNMENT…This is going to be an AMAZING SCHOOL YEAR.

@learnwithryan wrapped 5️⃣ Week Summer Learning/ #SATPrep with our scholars at @theseedschoolmd led by Dir. of Programs, Ms. Taniya Moses, M.Ed.

Attrition definitely hit but the results speak for themselves for the scholars that took the extra support seriously. 👇🏾

One child went from a 200 to a 330 in Reading.
Another went up 60 points in Math.

These young people WORKED. We ended up with BETTER SCORES, BETTER ATTITUDES, and SMART GOALS to end the summer and START the school year.

Kudos to Ms. Moses and her big babies on a job well done.

We successfully closed out Year One of our partnership with @theseedschoolmd with dynamic results for now rising seniors. Academic support led by our Dir. of Programs, Ms. Taniya Moses ( @ms.t.moses ) and our #TestPrep Guru, Co-Founder/VP, Dr. Ryan ( @drdryan1979 ) with Mrs. Ryan ( @alryan.co ) and Dontae Ryan, II/Deuce ( @taeda.realest ) on the assist.

We have rolled straight into Summer #SATPrep Bootcamp with rising sophomore and juniors and gearing up for an amazing Year ✌🏾 of #CollegeAndCareerReadiness Success, Impact, and SCHOLARSHIP.

Proud of my ladies! GHEMS Volleyball Team. 🏐💙💛
This was my first season coaching and I was nervous but my babies made me a proud coach.
From learning the game…encouraging your teammates, and the team building! Whether we WON or LOST you all showed sportsmanship, kept trying and kept SMILING.
