FLYING POLE IS MORE THAN JUST FLYING.

It’s control. It’s confidence. It’s creativity. It’s learning to trust your body in the air. 🤎

As a dance educator, I love introducing new movement possibilities and helping students discover what their bodies are capable of.

We’re exploring entries, rotations, strength, and fluidity — one flight at a time.

And yes, we’re bringing more visibility to Black women in the flying pole community! 🖤
