1st place at Bhangra Blowout 2024 with Best Mix! 🥇 We are extremely grateful to have had the opportunity to dance at Bhangra Blowout, our last competition of an amazing season. Thank you for having us! First, we would like to thank our amazing mixers, @rev7in @teghans @kamalkadali . This season would not have been possible without all of their hard work and support for Jawani. An extra shoutout to our OG mixer @rev7in . Thank you so much to our OG dhol @soorramp99 for killing it on stage and supporting our vision from the beginning. We want to give a massive shoutout to the second place team, @marylandbhangra , third place, @cornellbhangra , and all the other performing teams. This season has been the most surreal season for MSU Jawani. We have exceeded our own expectations, and we are so grateful for all the opportunities and success this season has brought our team. As only a second year team, we didn’t think it was possible to get to this point, but we could not have done it without our dancers. The amount of love and dedication each of them have put in the team is the reason we were able to have the season we had this year. So to all of you, thank you for your hard work and commitment, we couldn’t have done it without you. And lastly, we wanted to take a second to appreciate our captains @sidpawa @dkauuuur . They started MSU Jawani 2 years ago almost to the day. Our team was created from the pure love of Bhangra and celebrating our culture, and the team was made with the intention of showcasing that at Bhangra Blowout one day. We are glad to say we have accomplished all of our goals as a team, and we can’t wait to see what is still in store for MSU Jawani. Stay tuned for more from MSU Jawani. by @msujawani
