✨ 2026 RUNNING SEASON — MORE THAN MILES, MORE THAN MEDALS. 🦋❤️

As I close another beautiful running season and prepare to begin my winter training, I can’t help but look back with a heart full of gratitude.
This year, I crossed the finish line of 3 half marathons, one 15K race, one 10K race and a fun 5km with family. I challenged myself, achieved new personal bests, discovered new strengths, and celebrated moments I’ll never forget.
But looking back, I realize that some of my greatest victories this year didn’t come with a medal. ❤️
This season, I spent less time racing and more time experiencing running from a different perspective.
I discovered the incredible joy of standing on the sidelines, cheering for my friends and family, witnessing their determination, celebrating their achievements, and feeling just as proud of their finish lines as I do of my own.
I also had the incredible privilege of being chosen as a run leader for two different running communities, including one supporting mental health awareness. An opportunity that reminded me that running can be so much more than a sport. It can bring people together, inspire hope, build confidence, and make a difference in someone’s life.
This year taught me that being a runner isn’t only about chasing personal bests. Sometimes, it’s about helping someone else believe in theirs. ✨
I’ve learned that there is just as much beauty in being someone’s cheerleader as there is in crossing a finish line yourself.
And perhaps that’s my biggest achievement of 2026.
Not just becoming a stronger runner, but becoming a better supporter, a better leader, and a more grateful human being.
To my family, my running friends, my communities, and everyone who shared a kilometre, a smile, a hug, or a finish line with me… THANK YOU. ❤️
The medals remind me of what I’ve accomplished. The people remind me why I love running. 🦋
2026, you’ve been an unforgettable chapter.
Now, bring on winter training! ❄️🏃‍♀️
New season. New goals. Same passion. Even more gratitude. ❤️

🏅 A MOTHER’S PRIDE — TORONTO MARATHON 2026 ❤️
2:53:06 A DREAM. A GOAL. A MISSION ACCOMPLISHED. 🔥🏃‍♂️

This past weekend, our family travelled to Toronto for something incredibly special — to cheer on my son as he ran his SECOND marathon!
And what a weekend it was!!! ❤️
There is something indescribable about watching your child chase a dream. Seeing him run through the streets of Toronto, meeting him at different locations along the course, cheering as loudly as we could, and witnessing that incredible energy he carried from beginning to end.
He makes running 42.2 km look almost effortless! 😅
But behind that smile, that strength, and that determination were MONTHS of hard work.
Early mornings, countless kilometres, discipline, sacrifices, and even training through some difficult moments, including a bad cold and respiratory struggles.

« I didn’t even use all the gas I had in me! » 😂⛽🔥
EXCUSE ME, WHAT?! 🤣

Well, Toronto... apparently, he still had another gear!!!
My heart is overflowing with pride and gratitude.
Son, you didn’t just run a marathon. You showed us what happens when determination meets dedication.
Keep chasing those dreams. Keep believing. And never stop surprising yourself.
We will ALWAYS be there, cheering you on.
Your biggest fans. Your family. Forever. ❤️

PINK WITH PURPOSE. STRONG WITH DETERMINATION. 🩷
10KM | 54:32 | NEW PERSONAL RECORD! 🏆🔥

Today, I didn’t just show up to run.
I showed up to conquer a new personal record!
From the starting line to the finish line, I felt strong, confident, and determined.
This time, it wasn’t just about enjoying every kilometre. It was about challenging myself, trusting my training, pushing my limits, and proving that I still have more to give.
But one thing mattered more than anything: FINISHING STRONG! 💪
And I DID IT!!! ✨
Dressed in pink from head to toe, I ran with purpose, supporting breast cancer awareness and celebrating the strength, courage, and resilience of those affected. 🩷🎀
What made today even more special was seeing so many beautiful running communities come together. Familiar faces, shared smiles, encouragement, and the incredible energy of people united by the same passion.
I’ve had the privilege of being part of different running communities, and today reminded me how powerful those connections truly are.
Running has given me so much more than medals and personal records. It has given me friendships, confidence, strength, and a community that continues to inspire me 🦋✨

“Chase your goals. Cheer for others. Celebrate EVERY finish line.” 🦋✨

Because here’s what I truly believe…
Running isn’t about being better than someone else. It’s about becoming a better version of ourselves.
We all have different paces, different goals, and different journeys. But we share the same passion. ❤️
I can chase my own PR while cheering just as loudly for someone running their very first 5K or 21K.
Your victory doesn’t take away from mine, and mine doesn’t take away from yours. There’s room for all of us to shine! ✨
To every runner I’ve crossed paths with over these past three years, thank you for reminding me that the beauty of running goes far beyond the clock.
We don’t compete against each other. We inspire each other.

And THAT is the kind of running community I’m proud to be part of. 🦋

✨ 5KM TOGETHER 🦋
Mondays isn’t about pace.
It was about showing up for each other.
We ran, we talked, we laughed, we encouraged one another—and most importantly, no one was left behind.
From the first step to the last, we moved as one. A fun social 5KM where every runner could feel the joy, the energy and that beautiful satisfaction of finishing what we started together. ❤️

This is what Papillon Run Club is becoming:
a place to move, connect, belong and grow. 🦋
Different paces. Different stories.
One finish. Together.
And we’re only getting started. ✨

Boucherville gave me one of those running moments I will never forget. ❤️
15 km.
1 hour and 28 minutes of running non-stop.

No chasing a personal record. No pressure. Just me, my strong legs, the beautiful waterfront views, and that incredible energy around me.
I was simply enjoying the feeling of running.
And I was so happy to feel my legs getting stronger again.
But the most beautiful part was seeing my Pilars waiting for me at the finish line. 🥹❤️

My family.
My daughter cheering and yelling my name.
My son running beside me for the last 600 metres, pushing me to go a little faster while filming me.
And my husband waiting at the finish line, looking at me and saying:
“You nailed it bby.” ✨

Those moments are worth more than any time on a watch.
They remind me why I run.
Running has become so much more than a sport for me.
Running is my therapy.
It clears my mind.
It makes me feel strong.
It reminds me that I can keep going, even when life gets complicated.
And I hope I never stop running.
Because I’ve learned that sometimes the greatest victory isn’t the distance you run…
It’s the fact that you keep showing up.
One kilometre.
One breath.
One step at a time. 🙏🏽❤️🏃🏽‍♀️

And with my family by my side, I’ll keep moving forward.
I hope this journey never ends.✨

Twenty-six years ago, the youngest addition to what I lovingly call my empire arrived — my family, my home, my greatest blessing.❤️🙏🏽🎊

Watching our children grow into the people they are today fills my heart with so much pride. And looking back, I feel incredibly grateful for all these years that my husband and I have built together — a home filled with love, laughter, challenges, memories, and so many beautiful moments.

I am a proud mom, a blessed wife, and a grateful woman. ❤️
My family means the world to me. They are my heart, my greatest accomplishment, and the most beautiful part of my life.
Happy 26th birthday to our youngest.

My empire, My love story, My greatest blessing. 👑❤️

Tomorrow, it’s back to my regular routine at work.
Ten days off felt amazing. Taking a full week away from social media—no posts, no stories—wasn’t easy in the world we live in today, but I did it. And honestly, it was exactly what I needed.

I got to slow down and enjoy nature, incredible food, breathtaking views, and, most importantly, my family. I discovered new coffee gems and restaurants that had been on my bucket list.

One of the highlights of my vacation was seeing my aunt, 80 years young, kayaking with the biggest smile on her face. What an inspiration!

Even with a long list of new adventures, I still made time for a few runs and some short rides with my beloved Phoenix. 🚴🏽‍♀️
And having my family over before returning to work was truly the cherry on top.

Sometimes the best vacations aren’t about doing more—they’re about being more present, making memories, and coming home with a grateful heart. ❤️
