This is the body of someone who just took TWO weeks off from working out. We humans are ALWAYS our biggest critics. The message is simple, you are NOT at the beginning. You’re coming back stronger from that break! You’ve grown more and know what it takes and the power within you to STAY CONSISTENT. follow for more 💛 by @mtvseidon

SUMMARY OF WHY:
In honor of Survivor 51 and the show I love - I’m starting a 39 day challenge to really kick myself into a lean shape. Coming back from my first ever (and SUPER dirty bulk) I wanted to challenge myself and what better way to do it than like the ogs of Survivors who used to play 39 day games!

39 days of suffering and mental warfare won’t compare to the little diet and exercise routine i’m trying to maintain HOWEVER - it does test my limits of discipline in a comparative way to people who i’ve grown up watching and/or looked up to for several years.

Discipline means a lot to me and honestly makes me feel powerful. As someone who grew up being fed a LOT of broken promises, discipline for myself and showing up for MYSELF has become a habit of mine i’m honestly obsessed with. It’s a really good form of self love and continues to push me in an extremely positive direction I expected my life to go in once i got older and took over full reign for myself.

So who’s down for a #39daychallenge with me!? It’s a monday yall maybe you tag along! Even if it’s one commitment you decide to make - comment below we wanna hear it! Maybe you build upon that idea as the days go on 😏 @survivorcbs #survivor by @mtvseidon
