That's a wrap.

Well done to the squad for making it this far, they didn't think we would even get out of the group stage.

Our first world cup, meeting old friends and making new ones, it's been fun.

Will be cheering for the underdogs til the end. by @muaythaiflossy

A quick trip to Ghana

4 nights up at an eco lodge in Dzita, great food and super relaxed next to the lagoon and beach, then back down to Accra for James and Aisha's wedding, an amazing experience. The best few days with some of Alés oldest friends.

25 years, 25 long years.

That was for the ones that stuck around. When we got relegated in 2001, when we were a financial mess, when we got kicked out of our stadium, when we were in the 4th tier of English football. All but down and out.

The single greatest comeback of English football in all its history.

Without Mark Robins laying the foundation for Frank Lampard to finish the job, Without Doug King saving us from the brink of extinction and giving us a permanent home, without the players who dominated for the dream of being in the top flight. None of this would have been possible without you.

Thank you.

Unguided, half the gear and still no idea but we made it. A 5 day trek through to Machu Picchu. All the weather, all the landscapes. Extremely grueling but also rewarding with some of the most amazing landscapes, always changing with the light of day and night.

Lima, underrated.
The food scene in Lima is off its head, some really cool places to visit, some aspects of the city are in 2026 and some are still in the 90s. We will be back. by @muaythaiflossy
