to many, art is an escape. getting lost in one’s work feels like a momentary pause of reality. @mudfire has built a house for creators and we are all thankful.💖 by @mudfire

huge shoutout to @mudfire for trusting me to take photos for their website/Google revamp.📸 my admiration for what @dex_ranlett and @daphneallyson have built is endless. they have created a home for hundreds of makers and will continue to advocate for love, art, and acceptance in our often divided world.🌈 by @mudfire

When’s the last time you did something for the first time? I’ve been wanting to take a pottery class for a while now so I decided to take myself to @mudfire for some much needed solo time ✨

My instructor, Adri, was the absolute sweetest. A lot of the instructions had to be tweaked to make sense for my claws 💅🏾 I 100% made a few mistakes BUT still felt empowered to create something beautiful. It was a no brainer that I made some heart shaped dishes lol

I chose the prettiest glazes! Can’t wait to see my dishes in a few weeks. If you were wondering what to get me for Christmas… a membership to @mudfire is 100% at the top of my list 🤩 #solodates #potteryclass by @mudfire

Hey #mudfiremembers so ... ok. I just wanted to remind you, that tomorrow night, Thursday, instead of our usual members class, you have a throw-a-thon....so you have this space, and this community, you have clay and you have me and I have you. And we'll just make pots, all night if we have to, until the grief and the stress, the rage and all the big feelings feel a little bit smaller. Community. Always. by @mudfire
