Our roadmap to managing emotions is 👇 below

1. 🚦Recognize when you are losing emotional control (Yellow light🟡) and when you’re out of control (Red light 🔴)

Then…..

2. Release those negative emotions (Anger, Frustration, Fear, Anxiety, Victim mentality) by Breathing and looking at Focal Point (score board, wrist band, shoe laces, etc) then use a Word to move forward. 👉 Let’s go! Next Play! I’m good!

Then…..

3. Refocus by a long slow deep breath and ask yourself - What’s Important Now? (W.I.N) and take the next right Action

4. Repeat this process when you see yourself in a 🟡 or 🔴 Emotional State by @muhlenbergmbb
