“They” the astrologers I guess?…say that the zodiac sign that has experienced the most upheaval and change since 2016 is Taurus, and I don’t know if that’s true, but I am truly a completely different person living a completely different life today than I was 10 years ago in this photo. And the last three-six years especially felt like an intense pummeling of sorts.

Eight years ago I was working a 9-5, waking up at 4 am to study a couple hours before work then run 6 miles. I’d work for 7 ish hours, head home, cook dinner, veg out with my husband. Straighten my hair.. Train on the weekends and garden. Run with my running community. Rinse and repeat. No idea where life would be taking us yet, but ready for a big shift. Honed in on mastery of my craft. My husband had a medium in NOLA tell him I was about to move into a massive transformation and I laughed. 🤣

We had been dreaming of getting out of our hometown and buying a farm but had a long road ahead financially and no idea of the HOW.

Fast forward: baby, lots of health issues, sold our house in Savannah on a whim, visioned and scripted our dream property , found and bought our dream property in dream town still with no plan, moved 1 year later with baby, renovated the property , left my job with no backup plan, started my own business from zero , grew my business, had some miscarriages, almost lost our child in a scary accident, 2 surgeries for him , retired the hubs from his 9-5, started homeschooling(never thought that would be me!) found our community and people, and finally started adding to the menagerie. We are just getting started though.

Lots of ups and downs.
Lots of trust and surrender.
Never a concrete plan , but just open to the universe’s greater vision.
21 years together this year.
So for anyone looking at our life, and thinking wow must be nice…please know 10 plus years of truly hard work and rock bottoms went into our current life . There will be and are plenty of rough experiences .
We need more realness on Instagram.
What you see if often not reality.
And yet I cannot deny when you embrace the energetics of what you desire first, everything on the outside shifts too.

Fallin’ in love again and again…
even in the hardest moments.
2025 was a motherfucker of a year.
But there was beauty everywhere, too.
2025 reminded me every moment is sacred.

We traveled for almost a month in the PNW and took a short trip to Turkey to explore central Anatolia and Istanbul.
Lots of short trips to the South in between and a road trip to upstate New York.
Beach trip with friends and my first time in the OBX.
Made our farm dreams a reality with the addition of a llama and our sheep babies.
BUT…
Disclaimer: This reel does not depict the hard moments….Just some of the more mundane and the beautiful ones.

Moving from scarcity to SUFFICIENCY

I’ll be sending this out to my newsletter subscribers on Thursday. It’s not too late to sign up for my newsletter to receive this class free ❤️#scarcity by @multidimensional.money

In my financial planning days, I saw the real-world effects of scarcity with all types of clients. This is what drove me to study behavioral finance and after studying it in depth, I began to understand how deeply our beliefs drive financial behavior.

Even when we logically “know better” the mind can become narrowly focused on immediate needs and what’s missing.

It pushes people toward immediate gratification or reactive impulsive behavior , or, as I mentioned, that desperation mindset.

Scarcity is a psychological loop reinforced by confirmation bias , which is the mind’s habit of seeking proof for the story it already believes. When your nervous system is wired for lack, your focus narrows to what’s missing . But the answer does not rest in tradiitonal psychology or mindset hacks, because you have to look deper at the energetics.

I will be discussing how to begin to rewire these patterns in my next FREE MASTERCLASS, Moving from Scarcity to Sufficiency in December.

There is nothing inherently wrong with you if you feel that there’s never enough time or money.

Because you’ve been erroneously programmed to believe that “more” will fix everything.

The truth: A bigger bank balance does not heal scarcity and lack, that “ I never have enough” feeling.

In my free masterclass next week I will teach you what DOES begin heal this pattern, and it’s much simpler than you think.

#Scarcity
#lack
#neverenoufh by @multidimensional.money

Millions across the world are living with actual scarcity: not enough food, water, safety, or essential resources. And even when people rise out of it, the body still remembers what it was like to go without.

Many of us carry these imprints frm our ancestors even if we did not experience real scarcity in this lifetime.

My own ancestors were Acadians who were cast out of France and exiled. The women faced hunger, starvation, and violence as they traveled from France to Canada, and then across the United States at a time when life was uncertain and dangerous. That experience is part of my ancestry.

This is heavy, but necessary. Because until we understand what we carry, we can’t heal the patterns telling us:
“I don’t have enough.”
“I must hoard.”
“I must rush.”
“I must overwork.”
“I can’t spend on myself.”

Your patterns around scarcity didn’t start with you ,
but healing can start with you.

So I’ll ask you gently:
Which will it be? Continuing the pattern… or transforming it?

Join me for my FREE masterclass: Moving from Scarcity to Sufficiency this December.

Let’s heal this together.

Scarcity is actually a natural part of life, even for animals!

When animals sense danger or lack (food, shelter, safety), their nervous systems activate. Adrenaline rises, cortisol spikes, and they move into survival mode. But once the threat passes, their bodies discharge the stress and return to balance.

Humans experience scarcity completely differently.
Because of how our brains are structured, especially the prefrontal cortex and limbic system, we can imagine the future and remember the past. This is both a gift and a burden. We can anticipate loss or danger even when nothing is actually happening.

Our bodies respond to imagined threats as if they are real. This is what I call psychological scarcity.

Neuroscience explains why: when the brain perceives scarcity, the amygdala fires like an internal alarm, narrowing our focus to immediate survival. In this state, accessing long-term vision, empathy, or perspective becomes almost impossible. Scarcity literally restricts what we’re able to see and feel.

This reminds me of having a toddler, who literally has zero ability to emotionally regulate in the moment. We are all running around like toddlers.

When feeling “not enough” becomes a baseline, the body cannot truly receive the signal that it is safe again. The antidote to scarcity is not: more doing, achieving , being wealthy, hoarding resources, budgets, numbers. etc . It is learning how to teach the body that it is allowed to rest, to trust, and to receive.

Practices like mindfulness, gratitude, and nervous system regulation help restore enough-ness — what I call sufficiency.

Come explore this with me in my next FREE masterclass: Moving from Scarcity to Sufficiency this December.

Scarcity is a nervous system pattern, not a financial reality.
It lives in the body – not the balance sheet.

And when it goes unhealed, no amount of money ever feels like “enough.”

I’ll be teaching this more deeply in my next masterclass — how to shift from contraction into peace, ease, and embodied wealth. (link in bio)

This is the season to feel safe, supported, and excited to give and receive.

I didn’t have enough time in this video to go into the how and why behind how emotion and frequency attract abundance. But the mechanism is actually simple: emotion and frequency are everything. They’re the real drivers behind creating abundance and co-creating your desires.

You can’t attract abundance if, on a subconscious level, you’re still blocking it. And most of those blocks don’t just come from “mindset”, they come from old patterning.

This is why repatterning scarcity is so essential. It’s not just about thinking differently. It’s about understanding the behavioral finance patterns, the energetic imprints, and the ancestral wounds that shape how safe you feel receiving, holding, and growing abundance.

When you shift that deeper wiring, abundance flows again. But this is a very simple “hack” that you can play with. I’m going deeper into this in my weekly newsletters, so if you aren’t subscribed head to the link in my bio to signup!
P.S. that’s my duck quacking in the background. She would not shut up this morning 🤣
#scarcity #abundance by @multidimensional.money

When I first started working with wealthy families, I expected abundance to feel… abundant.
But what I witnessed shocked me.

People earning over $500k a year, living in gorgeous homes, taking luxury vacations — still arguing over a few hundred dollars… still panicking over market dips… still feeling like everything could disappear overnight.

That’s when I finally understood:
Scarcity has nothing to do with how much money you have.
It has everything to do with how safe your nervous system feels.

This season, as life gets fuller, busier, and more expensive, remember:
If scarcity feels loud, nothing is wrong with you.
Your body is asking for safety – not more strategy.
