As you have entered this new month, remember Philippians 4:13: “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.”

On 30th June 2020, I found myself in tears because, despite being a qualified accountant, I was broke (book coming soon). I felt hopeless and useless as a stay-at-home mum and wife, living beyond my overdraft limit.

Once I had ended my self-pity, I went on my knees and prayed to God, who guided me to read 2 Kings 4:2. This passage tells the story of a woman deep in debt who, when asked by the prophet Elisha what she had in her house, said she had nothing except a little oil.

Moved by this story, I asked myself what I had that I could monetise without needing to borrow money or incur significant costs. I conducted an inventory of my skills and realised that my background in accounting and bookkeeping was a resource I already possessed, along with a laptop and internet access. Providentially, a client soon asked, “Dionne, can you handle my bookkeeping?” This was the start of Linear Accounting LLP.

I am truly honoured to have been invited to speak virtually by The Resilient Woman Network @trw_worldwide where I discuss starting a business with the resources you already have and how God has assisted me in finding mentors and resources to expand my business.

I understand that many people feel stuck and unsure of where to begin. My hope is that someone will be inspired to pursue their purpose before profit, knowing that profit will follow when you start contributing value to your community, city, and nation.

Please join us on 20th April at 7.00 PM UK time. The Zoom details are on the flyer. I hope you can attend and share this opportunity within your network. by @mummycalledtoministry

Women of God did you know that “Accounting” took place in the Bible?😃
And are you ready to learn a couple of schemes from the Senior Accountant who also doubles as a Woman of God??

@dionnemutsa is one of the powerful women who are taking over the Mountain of Business and the world of Finance and I am more than excited to receive from her as she speaks on the theme “WHAT IS IN YOUR HANDS; What do you have in your house?”
I invite you to join us on Sat April 20,2024 via zoom. Check flyer for details.
God bless you.

Happy 8th Birthday to our incredible daughter, Heavenly-Joy! 🎉🎂 Today, we celebrate the miraculous gift of your life and the incredible journey you’ve had. Eight years ago, amidst tears and uncertainty, God showed up in the most remarkable way.

I thank you, God, from the bottom of my heart; I bless you, God, for the strength and grace you provided during those challenging moments. I vividly recall being awake at the dining table, not understanding the changes in my body, but your divine plan unfolded.

At 3:05 pm, in our home, at just 800 grams, Heavenly-Joy entered our lives. My husband, a midwife in that moment, quickly called an ambulance, and God’s earthly angels arrived within 5 minutes. The journey began with tiny gasps for air, and through it all, God’s presence ensured Heavenly-Joy’s survival.

From Newham Hospital to Royal London Hospital then transferred to Queen Hospital , surrounded by a team of doctors and nurses, Heavenly-Joy thrived, connected to tubes and machines. Three months in the hospital, she came home on a big tank of oxygen.

On this special day, we praise God for the incredible blessing you are, Heavenly-Joy. Your strength inspires us, and your resilience is a testament to God’s unwavering love. As you turn 8, may you continue to shine brightly, knowing that God’s grace and love are always with you.

Thank you, NHS for all your care, family and friends who encouraged and prayed with us. We stand in awe of how phenomenal our Heavenly-Joy is.

Do not give up, for God always shows up. Remain strong and courageous, our precious Heavenly-Joy. 🎈🥳🙏🏾 #HappyBirthday #MiracleChild #godsgrace by @mummycalledtoministry

🌸💪 Attention exhausted mums!

We recognise the daily challenges you face within your families. The struggles can be overwhelming, but don't give up just yet! 💕

Remember, in moments of exhaustion, you're not alone. The Bible holds powerful verses of encouragement and strength that can uplift your weary spirit:

1️⃣ Isaiah 40:29 - "He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak."

2️⃣ Matthew 11:28 - "Come to me, all who labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest."

3️⃣ Psalm 46:1 - "God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble."

4️⃣ Philippians 4:13 - "I can do all things through him who gives me strength."

5️⃣ Psalm 34:17 - "The righteous cry out, and the Lord hears them; he delivers them from all their troubles."

Don't be discouraged, beautiful mums! Take a deep breath, pause, and lean on these promises of hope. Remember that even in the toughest moments, there is purpose in your journey. 💫

Reach out for support from loved ones and fellow mums who understand. Share your burdens, seek guidance, and find solace in the power of prayer. 🙏

You are strong, resilient, and capable of overcoming any challenge that comes your way. Hold on to your faith, trust in God's plan, and keep pushing forward. You've got this, mum! 💪❤️#TiredButStrong #MumsInFaith #NeverGiveUp.

You are cordially invited to join us tonight on Clubhouse at 8.30pm UK, for we are going to share the word of encouragement and prayer for one another and our families.
