Every bean carries a story from the mountains of Munduk.

Grown at 1,200–1,300 meters above sea level, our Arabica Full-Wash reveals bright citrus notes, delicate florals, and a clean, tea-like finish.

A taste of the highlands in every cup ☕

Every great cup of coffee begins with a delicate bloom.

Roasted, packed, and ready for the next part of the journey.

Behind every cup is a journey that takes time. Coffee grows, ripens, is harvested, processed, sorted, and tasted before it finally reaches the moment when we serve it. Each stage has its own purpose, and every detail helps us understand the coffee better. For us, good coffee is not created in a single step, but through care and attention throughout the entire journey.

Every step of the coffee process leaves something worth using. After hulling, the coffee husk returns to the plantation as organic fertilizer, giving back to the soil that first nurtured the coffee. A simple cycle where the end of one process becomes the beginning of another.

Last Sunday, from Munduk to our bar.

Four coffees, different processes, poured throughout the morning.

Thank you Munduk Coffee and everyone who came by, stayed around, and shared a cup with us.

Until next time. by @mundukcoffee__

Cupping is more than tasting coffee. It is a moment to slow down, compare, and understand what makes each cup different — from aroma and sweetness to acidity, body, and finish.

Every cup has its own character. We simply take the time to listen.

The roast may be complete, but our attention to quality continues. Careful sorting helps ensure only the beans we’re proud of move forward.
