I hope you find your light through movement. Let every action you take today—whether it’s making your food, getting ready, or simply passing by a stranger—be filled with peace, love, compassion, patience, and acceptance. Movement has the power to heal, and I’m sending you healing energy for your week through these moments we’ve captured.

Each day, we face challenges, and we always have a choice: to move towards the light or remain in familiar, yet painful, patterns. Choosing the light is rarely easy—it takes courage. Today, and every day, I invite us all to cultivate the light within ourselves and spread it to others. The world needs more light, and it starts with us.

Huge thanks to every individual who helped bring this piece to life and allowed me to channel emotions that needed to be freed.

With movement inspired by the beautiful sounds of @facesoul .
Thanks to @parcelles.austin for connecting us with @nathalie_guibert and her inspiring land.
And to everyone who crossed our path that day—you made it a wonderful day for creation.

Waackation 2026: Pure | Judge Showcase

Someone told me:

“I understand now that you are a very sensitive person. And it’s that sensitivity that allows you to teach and share the way you do.”

It’s a truth I sometimes still find hard to accept.

Maybe our sensitivity is not something we need to overcome, but something we can learn to embrace. Because it allows us to feel deeply, connect genuinely, and create space for others to do the same.

And maybe that’s exactly where our strength lies.

The deeper the roots, the stronger the tree.

This is so magical! I love sharing these personal movement rituals with others, or what you might call choreographies. But to me, they are so much more than choreography. They are a shared energy that we create together, where everyone gets to show up exactly as they are, while expressing and amplifying one shared message. Today, that message was about gathering our inner power.

Everyone in the room is doing the same choreography, yet each person embodies it in their own unique way. Because every individual is different, no two expressions are ever the same. And somehow, through all these individual expressions, we create something collective, something bigger than ourselves.
To me, that is what makes it so beautiful and magical. ✨

A dance meditation for you. 🌊 May your day unfold with ease, like water finding its way.

Being like water. Softening, surrendering, receiving, and finding our way through everything in between.

Dancing with my dear friends @natashalommi @oskarikymalainen from @terosaarinenco is such an honour. 🤍

Flew in this morning just for this, and every bit of it has been worth it. 🫶🏾

One last morning class tomorrow… let’s see where the water takes us. ✨ by @munezero.axelle

Last Friday was magical ✨

We nurtured our self-love and expanded that love to the world, sharing all the softness and peace that the world needs. 🤍

My wish for everyone is to find the courage to love themselves just as they are and to share that love with the world, so we can all heal together. ✨

Thank you to all to @terosaarinenco for having me teach. 🤎

I’m teaching two morning classes next week! Come and share the magic with us on Monday and Tuesday at 10 AM.
