The 2026 Grip Sport International Pacific Regional Championship is coming to Auburn, WA and this is your chance to test yourself against some of the best grip athletes in the region. Whether you’re chasing a Nationals invite, a podium finish, or just want to throw down in a serious grip sport environment, this is the event. This competition is welcome to ALL levels of athletes, experienced or not.

With a background in Powerlifting, Strongman, and Track and Field, Andy Munsey has made a smooth transition and climbed up the ranks in Grip Sport. Andy is one of the sport's most successful competitors and plays an active role promoting competitions as well (Empire Classic Strongman, King Kong Grip Challenge and more). Always a fun weekend at the Arnold. Got to lift on the main stage for the first time and... It didn't go how I hoped but I still managed a 3rd place finish in a very competitive group. Congrats to @eric.roussin on the win and @abearlifts on a great performance for second place.

Kids wanted to play in the gym for Christmas eve. Aden lifted over 100lbs on his new trap bar from @coachmunsey and Addy got in there and gave it a good try. Sound on for the motivation hype if you need to get after a holiday workout.

Busy weekend but managed to squeeze in a grip contest. Only practiced for the events a couple of times but managed to improve all 4 lifts from last year so the rest of my training must be working.

2in NN- 482.5lbs
2x5 Blocks 290lbs
2 3/8 NN 393.4lbs
3x4 blocks 270lbs

3rd place overall out of 50 guys from several countries
