POV: you came to MUSE for the workout and left with a new personality. 💋🪽✨

The 10-second plank? A runway moment.
The instructor says “beautiful form”? Instant ANGEL. 😇
The instructor says “pulse”? Suddenly fighting for my life. 😭

And booking another class before I even leave the studio? Obviously. 💅🏼

We don’t just sculpt bodies at MUSE, we build confidence, celebrate every little win, and remind our Muse Babes that they’re THAT girl. 🤍

So many hats to wear, so many responsibilities, and so many dreams I’m working toward. Some days I’m building a business, some days I’m pouring into my family, and other days I’m pouring into the women who walk through the doors of MUSE.

Behind every hat is a woman who is learning, growing, praying, and showing up even on the hard days. I’m proud of the life I’m building, the community we’re creating, and the woman I’m becoming along the way.

From bringing MUSE to my hometown and creating a space where women can feel welcomed, empowered, and confident in their own skin, to now expanding into another city and bringing this vision to life all over again.

Sometimes I have to stop and remind myself just how far this journey has brought me. What started as a dream has grown into something bigger than I could have ever imagined.

It’s not always easy balancing it all, but I wouldn’t have it any other way. Every sacrifice, every late night, every lesson, and every answered prayer has brought me here. 🙏🏻🤍

A woman with a vision, a purpose, and a whole lot of heart. And we’re only getting started. ☺️

There was a version of me who was struggling with my weight, questioning herself, and working a job that was slowly draining her.

I left a toxic job.
I walked away from law school.
I chose the unknown, even when I had no idea where it would take me.

And somehow… that girl became the woman who now owns TWO Pilates studios. 🥹

What started as a journey to find myself again became a mission to help other women find themselves, too.

Now I get to walk into a room full of women, watch them push themselves, gain confidence, feel strong, and slowly get their glow back.

And maybe that’s what this was all for. ✨

Not just losing weight.
Not just leaving a job.
Not just changing careers.

But becoming the woman I was always meant to be.

From losing myself → to finding my purpose.
From surviving → to building.
From questioning my worth → to helping other women see theirs.

If you’re in the messy middle right now, please keep going. Your life can look completely different on the other side. 🤍
