SNEAK PEEK OF THE BIG HOUSE: BLOOD IN THE SOIL BY XANDER SOTO
NARRATED BY @rsonthevoice by @musicmastersbynoli

@orangeparkfl you had your chance to own your shhhh and make things right. I suggest every last one of you resign while you still have your freedom. We will not stop, until you all have been held accountable for what you've done and what you're still trying to do by @musicmastersbynoli

The T.C. Miller Community Center, located at 440 McIntosh Avenue, is a cornerstone of Orange Park’s Black history. Originally built in 1938 as the Orange Park Negro Elementary School, the building served the community during segregation and is named after its first teacher and administrator, Theresa Miller. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1998. Following an extensive rehabilitation project funded by the Florida Department of State’s African-American Cultural and Historical Grant, the center was leased to an art guild for 2 years for a total of $10. Leaving taxpayers foot the bill for water sewer garbage, power, repairs, and maintenance. While the local community is slowly being pushed out, and the black historical monuments removed. Please join us in person or online during the city's meeting about this.

Housing Justice for Grays Harbor: Emergency Relief & Long-Term Solutions

URGENT: Winter is Coming People Will Die Without Your Help

The Crisis is Real, and It's Happening Right Now

We are living through a housing crisis that's destroying families across Grays Harbor County, Washington. In less than two years, my rent skyrocketed from $350 to $1,700 per month—a 386% increase that no disability check, Social Security payment, or minimum wage job can cover.

I am not alone. Thousands of seniors, disabled individuals, and working families are being systematically priced out of their homes while local governments criminalize the very survival strategies they're forced to adopt.

What We're Fighting Against

The Cruel Contradiction:
Landlords can raise rent without limits, forcing vulnerable people onto the streets
Then those same people get ticketed for sleeping in their cars
Their vehicles—their last refuge—get impounded, leaving them completely homeless
Winter is approaching, and people are going to die from exposure

The Human Cost:
Disabled individuals choosing between medication and rent
Seniors living in cars because their Social Security can't cover housing
Families broken apart when their mobile homes are seized
Veterans sleeping in parking lots after serving their country

Our TwoPart Solution

PHASE 1: SECURE THE LAND (Goal: $80,000)
Property acquisition for the first affordable housing community
Land suitable for 20 motorhome spaces + 20 tiny homes
Legal fees for property purchase and zoning compliance
Initial site surveys and environmental assessments

PHASE 2: BASIC INFRASTRUCTURE (Goal: $120,000)
Utility installation (electrical, water, sewer connections)
Road access and site preparation
Basic facilities (community building, laundry, bathrooms)
Security and fencing for resident safety

Our CommunityOwned Solution

Instead of begging politicians for change, we're going to build it ourselves. We're raising funds to purchase land and create the first resident-owned affordable motorhome and tiny home community in Grays Harbor County.

This isn't just another housing project—this is community ownership. by @musicmastersbynoli
