Every child deserves to walk through the school gates feeling safe and confident. 💙

At myBJJ, our kids’ classes help children build confidence, stay calm under pressure and learn to stand up for themselves.

Through Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, they practise balance, self control and perseverance, while learning to set clear boundaries, seek help and look out for others.

Every small achievement helps them stand a little taller. And with encouraging coaches and friends beside them, they discover they don’t have to face challenges alone.

🥋 Help your child find their courage. Message us to find out about our kids’ classes.

myBJJ. Be brave. Be kind. Grow together.

Back to school. Back to Jiu-Jitsu! 🥋🎒

Give your child something to look forward to after the school bell!

At myBJJ, kids make friends, learn new skills and build confidence, one class at a time. From trying again to helping a teammate, those little moments matter on the mats and in the classroom. 💙
