#MikeTyson will not face criminal charges over an incident caught on video where the former heavyweight boxer hit another plane passenger multiple times.

"It is simply a case that does not belong in the criminal court," San Mateo County, California, District Attorney Stephen Wagstaffe told CNN. "If they want to sue each other, that's their business."

Do you think this is fair?

Did you see the Dallas coyote attack? A mom said she was getting ready to leave the house with her 5-year-old and 2-year-old when she heard a beep at the front door and saw a coyote with its mouth around her 2-year-old’s head! She said it all happened within two minutes! 😱

It's so scary to think about but what's something that happened while you weren't watching your kids?
