Our girls have probably heard of a period.

Even at age 4.

Maybe they know it has something to do with blood or the bathroom or maybe you’ve told them a little bit more about how it works in your body.

Truly, I thought my daughter understood it since my job is menstrual cycles and we’ve talked about it over the years!

But what was missing was what it meant for HER.

She needed to see the bigger story of her body, how it will grow and change, how it already has grown and changed so much, and how this all is a normal part of growing up, and a natural process that isn’t scary.

That her body has a story, her body is part of many cycles, and that cycles are everywhere in nature.

She needed to be welcomed into a clear, simple, special way of anticipating her body’s changes.

A way of seeing her body that she’ll remember every time she looks at the moon 🌙

It’s vital for girls to see themselves in the story—and for us to shape that story—because otherwise cultural messages, silencing, mystery, fear, misunderstanding, all of that can leave a gap in their understanding that could easily and naturally fill with apprehension or fear.

I want something better for our girls.

Moon Seeds gives them a positive understanding of the changes their body will go through in a few years.

So the lead-up to puberty isn’t a big unknown for them.

What’s familiar is far less scary than what’s unknown.

That sense of familiarity, through age-appropriate play-based learning, is what we’re planting in Moon Seeds.

So please do join us on November 14!

What a gift to be able to give our daughters 💜💜

Mother-daughter workshop | Utah County | Early puberty education | mom and daughter | Lehi Utah | Utah moms by @myclubred

It took me two years after my ex moved out of our house to be fully ready to let go of that old version of myself.

It wasn’t just my relationship status that changed.

It was the shape of my entire life.

Which was the shape of my entire self.

I was raised in a high-demand patriarchal religion where the most important thing I could do with my life was to become a wife and mother.

That was kind of supposed to be the end of the story.

✅ Wife ✅ Mother

It was everything I’d been told be become, everything I’d been told to want

AND everything I was led to believe would keep me safe, happy, secure, good.

And there was a tonnnnn I loved about that life. I truly love nothing more than being my daughter’s mom.

So it took me two years to properly grieve its ending.

It took me two years to not feel like divorce was my whole story.

It took me two years to crack open the door to who I could be beyond all that I was told to become.

And now?

Now I love that I got to experience that life. I love so many moments that former life gave me.

That version of myself is beloved.

And she’s also not my whole story.

Giving her the ceremony she needed allowed her to settle comfortably into the larger story of my life.

And allowed me, the version of me here now, to begin to write my next chapter ❤️‍🔥

Do you see yourself here?

Are you ready to embrace an ending?

Or needing to fully grieve it?

Are you outgrowing an old life, an old role, an old identity?

What threshold are you standing on?

There is power here 🔥

Let’s unleash it ❤️‍🔥 by @myclubred

I wasn’t ready to celebrate my divorce until I felt like my divorce was no longer the central organizing feature of my life.

I wasn’t ready to fully honor that phase that was ending until I had fully grieved and integrated its ending—and until that life could feel *complete* instead of severed, stolen.

And thank gods I waited until I was ready—this gathering was magic for me to create and receive ❤️‍🔥

Every aspect of this witchy un-wedding was powerful, highly symbolic, and vitally important for me to experience.

Truly, deeply experience, not just imagine, or think about, or envision, or wish for.

I needed to LIVE this night. I needed to feel it in my bones. I needed to speak these words, receive the words of others, be witnessed by dear friends, celebrate exactly how I desired.

This is the power of ceremony. 🔥

And here’s what’s on the other side of experiencing:

The ground underneath you shifts.

You feel in your entire body a new way of being.

You shed old roles and step into new identities—and your body registers the shift on every level of consciousness.

You become. 🔥

I did not leave my witchy un-wedding as the same person I was when I walked in.

I truly feel completely revitalized, the powerful architect of my own life.

My entire identity feels new. Clearer. Potent. Mine.

I feel utterly reborn.

After Friday, I’m now able to see the underlying current of my most powerful work in the world in a way I couldn’t see before.

I can see who I am not, who I am no longer, who I never was.

And I can see who I am truly, at my fullest expression. 🔥

I will be creating from this place now.

Stay close; things are shifting.

We’re about to go so much deeper than I was taking you before. 🔥🔥

After all, as I toasted myself at my witchy unwedding: I am a goddess of unrecognizable transformation ❤️‍🔥 by @myclubred

Boys need a new model.

Dads need to be invited in.

The world requires a shift away from our siloed, disconnected, extractive status quo

and a step into interconnectivity, compassion, deep witnessing of the power of bodies and cycles of rest and reciprocity.

In these circles, we will be equipping boys and dads with the knowledge and experience to guide them forward as our world is rebirthed.

Because we cannot go on this way.

We will not.

Hi! I’m Elizabeth, a menstrual cycle coach and educator on a mission to change the entire culture around the menstrual cycle ❤️‍🔥

And THAT will change the entire culture as we know it 🔥

I’ve been guiding girls in First Moon Circles and Moon Seeds with their moms for years…

And now it’s time for boys and dads to join us.

In this meaningful gathering, boys will:

🌀Sit in circle and learn the anatomy and physiology of the menstrual cycle
🌀Handle period products to understand how they work
🌀Understand the changing inner landscape of the menstrual cycle and how to support each phase in the menstruators around them
🌀Ask any questions they have in a gathering that welcomes their curiosity in a safe, shame-free environment

But even more than this powerful practical preparation, boys will also:

🌀Experience the power of cycles
🌀Feel themselves integrated into cycles
🌀Prepare for the potential of negative peer pressure
🌀Leave the circle as a Cycle Supporter in their family, in their peer groups, in their community, in the world, and inside themselves

This is how we change the world.

Or at least: Here’s part of how I can change the world, with the skills, knowledge, abilities, and capacity I have.

When boys and men see and experience the power of circles, interconnected cycles, and are called in to support the experiences of women and girls, this can begin a vital restructuring of how they understand themselves and their role in the world.

And how they understand everyone else.
