My sweet Coco has never been the type to get along with other dogs, but somehow Dalla, her big brother, and her older sister found a special place in her little heart.

Some bonds are simply too special to ever fade. by @mylittlecoco33

This is how I ended up after taking all my medications for my advanced heart murmur. ❤️

💊 Sildenafil – helps lower pressure in my lungs and makes it easier for me to breathe.

💊 Furosemide – helps remove excess fluid from my lungs and body caused by my heart condition but affects my kidneys. 😔

💊 Vetmedin (Pimobendan) – helps my heart pump blood more effectively and supports my heart function. This are only 4 of the many meds I take.

On 6/10, I had to receive a Furosemide injection because fluid had built up in my lungs, making it hard for me to breathe. The injection helped remove that fluid so I could breathe more comfortably again.

Between my medications, blood work, X-rays, vet visits, and emergency care, managing an advanced heart murmur is very expensive. But thank God my human @katy__a_ is able to help me get the care I need and keep me comfortable. She works night and day to give me the best she can. As I get older I need more care and med she doesn’t give up she just works even harder. 🙏🏼✨

Most importantly, she spends every moment she can with me, fills my days with love, and makes me happy. For that, I am truly blessed. 🐾❤️

For 13 years, this little soul has been by my side through so many chapters of my life. 🐾❤️

Coco taught me more than she will ever know. She taught me patience, responsibility, unconditional love, and how to find joy in the smallest moments. She taught me that love doesn’t need words to be felt and that loyalty is one of the most beautiful gifts we can give.

Because of her, my heart grew bigger not just for her, but for all animals. She showed me how much they feel, how deeply they love, and how much they deserve our kindness and care.

For 13 years, she has been my shadow, my comfort, my adventure buddy, and one of the greatest blessings of my life. Every photo and video here holds a memory that I will cherish forever.

Thank you, Coco, for teaching me what unconditional love looks like. No matter how many years pass, a piece of my heart will always belong to you. 🤍🐶 by @mylittlecoco33
