Listen I know she ain't great but I've never done a painting start to finish before and uh. I mean I free handed this, next time there will be a pencil involved. Even though I think it's low-key terrible I still love it and feel some little bit of pride. So here, do your worst, the Internet 😅 #artbyme #clownpainting #thegoodplace #tinycanvas #literallyfirststeps by @mylondonsun

Spicy peanut noodles with crumbled tofu! I think this one might actually be #vegan, too! It's very tasty, I got it from @nytimescooking 💚 by @mylondonsun

My heart has joined the Thousand, for my friend stopped running today...

One of my best friends in the world lost her beloved cat, Koa, yesterday, after 18 years of love, cuddles and purrs. He was a big, sweet boy who loved treats, harassing his brother Bunjamin, and eating shoe laces. He will be sorely missed by all who knew him. If you know Michelle, give her a big hug today.

Should've taken a picture before I started eating your BUT - it's a recipe I found on Facebook using my new favorite trending item, the rice paper wrapper. And yes I know they're not new, but they've been all over my feed lately. Anyway, this is ground beef (I used impossible sausage with reduced fat meatloaf seasoning... Which has been a winner for my veggie shepherds pie too), cheddar cheese, onions, and a special sauce (ketchup, mustard, mayo, pickles, pickle juice and pepper... They also recommended salt which I skipped because there's more than enough salt already, and they recommended garlic powder which I skipped coz I didn't have any). They also recommended tomatoes but I skipped it because - say it with me - I didn't have any. Air fried these bad boys for 22 minutes (could probably have done less, but when I took them out they had soggy bottoms so I flipped them to crisp them up). Anyway, very satisfying, very tasty, got this one from Chris Lee - @kyungsoofit - and am very pleased with the results 💚💚 by @mylondonsun

Ok, another one from Keto Snackz. The first one was pretty good, nice and vanilla-y, I used brown sugar stevia instead of regular which I think added to the cheesecakiness... Today I'm trying a different recipe that uses cream cheese instead of cottage cheese and peanut butter instead of vanilla. This one is certainly a bit less healthy but hey, we'll see how she rates! One was made with a dash of vanilla and no peanut butter, because someone doesn't love peanut butter like I do... #ketosnackz #lowguiltcheesecake #cheesecake by @mylondonsun

Been trying to find ways to treat my sweet tooth without widening my ass, so first up - cottage cheese and Greek yogurt cheesecake from Keto Snackz @ketosnackz . I added a piece of dark chocolate to the middle of one, added some chocolate pudding powder to another, and left the third as prescribed. I'm excited to try them - they do smell wicked good 🤤 by @mylondonsun

@marianne_toilet @marianne_toilet Thank you for just killing it. A testament to your progressive nature of working out through any problem to spread the message of “clownin’ around.” @spontaneouscelebrations @mylondonsun @oberak by @mylondonsun

I love this band. Just the sweetest and coolest people. Music is energetic, catch and filled with charismatic parody in words. Thank you @marianne.toilet @marianne_toilet @spontaneouscelebrations @oberak @mylondonsun by @mylondonsun
