Was never a phase, much more than a hobby. It saturated every cell of my being. It created new nueropathways in my brain. It created a clearing in the dense forest of my mind.

A visual representation of how movements through the grid plane activates the torodial field. We are electromagnetic beings that rely on movement to prevent our energy from becoming stagnant and when paired with the geometry of flow arts it's nothing short of energy work. 😉👽

Are you willing to fail? Thousands of times? For years on end? Are you able to fail without shame? Are you willing to love your failures?

Becuase that's the mindset you must cultivate to really master a trick. And I say failure happens indefinitely becuase you could spend your entire life hooping and never master everything.

Now, what if you could take this concept and apply it towards your life in general. How much more free would you become if failure wasn't viewed through a negative lense? If it is inevitable and necessary for growth is it actually bad? Painful yes, bad not necessarily. Growth happens outside of your comfort zone.

Sometimes life events are like dropping the hoop. And sometimes the hoop lands in dog shit. 🐕💩 and that's why you should always keep wet wipes in your purse, clean that shit off and keep going.🐶👀
