A two year collaboration in Hampstead, London. People think they are building a house. What they are actually doing is making a series of expensive decisions they have never made before. This is where we help. What matters. What doesn’t. When to push. When to pause. Which decisions to ask before a decision becomes expensive. A different way of seeing. Styled shots coming soon. #interiors #londoninteriordesign #interiordesign #londoninteriors by @mystudiolondon
It began as a quiet, empty Georgian shell. Tall ceilings. Beautiful proportions. Light spilling through sash windows onto bare floors. The architecture held centuries of history — but the rooms were waiting for a new story. Our vision was to honour the past while shaping how this client lives today. We restored original detailing, softened the formality with layered textures, and introduced bespoke furniture designed to feel as though it had always belonged. A 85 lamps chandelier by Droog mixes up the quiet luxury. Every fabric, every finish, every line was chosen to create depth, warmth, and a sense of permanence. Our upholsterers brought the clients antique furniture to life. Now, what was once a blank canvas feels intimate. Grounded. Lived-in. Luxury, in its truest form, is not about statement — it’s about feeling. A home that holds history… and makes space for new memories. — #GeorgianHome #LuxuryLiving #LondonInteriors #PeriodProperty #BespokeDesign by @mystudiolondon
Hey everyone, it’s time to reveal our latest completed project, Project Ranelagh! A 4-bedroom period home with new build basement with all the comfort and timeless character of a period home. Our clients are a young family who wanted a home that was family-friendly but also contemporary, playful and warm, yet elegant and luxurious at the same time. A lot of consideration and thoughtful design went into achieving exactly this and perhaps no room exemplifies this as much as the playroom. This room off the open plan kitchen was carefully designed as a dual use room - as playroom for children and TV room for adults. We chose a playful yet elegant mix of patterned fabrics for the bespoke window seat. All joinery was built-in and bespoke-made to hide things away to keep order in the space. We specified outdoors fabrics that would stand-up to heavy use, resulting in this being one of the most loved spaces in the new interior. A new chapter for a historic Captain’s House. We transformed this kitchen for contemporary living with a warm minimalist palette, clean-lined cabinetry and a striking veined island. Soft copper accents and sculptural lighting bring warmth, while expansive glazing fills the space with daylight and frames views of the historic brickwork. A calm, welcoming heart of the home, where everyday life sits comfortably alongside centuries of character. #WarmMinimalism #KitchenDesign #ListedBuilding #ContemporaryInteriors #HeritageHome by @mystudiolondon

Our triple-height entrance hall is coming together, bringing a warm modernist sensibility to this dramatic space. Mid-century influences, sculptural lighting, natural oak and rich marble sit alongside classic architectural detailing. A considered mix of materials, periods and proportions, creating a space that feels both contemporary and timeless. by @mystudiolondon

A generous Entrance Hall sets the tone for this Kensington home — calm, considered, with quiet character. We designed the space as a room in its own right, rather than somewhere simply to pass through. Soft polished concrete walls, warm oak, sculptural lighting and flashes of brass bring warmth to the architecture, while the sweeping staircase draws you naturally through the house. A first impression that tells you something about the home — and the people who live there. Designed by My-Studio, Kensington, London. #interiordesign #mystudio #londoninteriors #spacestyleluxury by @mystudiolondon

I’m in a design briefing meeting with a new client. "I hate patterned fabrics. Florals are not my thing." We develop the design concepts, the project progresses. The client sees the fabric cuttings in the context of the whole design. Mixed with other fabrics and textures. The next thing we see? The client choosing cool Svenskt Tenn fabrics set against warm woods. "They feel right in bathrooms." Now I say:   “We help people make design decisions so that their home speaks to them.” Team effort. Exciting outcomes. #InteriorDesign #LuxuryInteriors #LondonDesigner #bespokehomes by @mystudiolondon
