Such a great class with Chef Yew Eng Tong! ❤️ All four dishes received amazing feedback! The Tuna Tartare with Frozen Green Muscat was so refreshing, the Crispy Potato with Burnt Hollandaise was absolutely addictive, and the Crispy Skin Barramundi with Crustacean Crème was packed with flavour. We ended on a lovely note with Chef’s Pandan Financier, made with real pandan juice. So many great techniques and little tips shared throughout the class. Thank you, Chef, for being so generous with your knowledge, and to everyone who joined us! #MyTurnToHost #ChefYewEngTong #CookingClassSingapore #cookingmasterclass by @myturntohost

We’re delighted to welcome Chef Yew Eng Tong to My Turn To Host for his very first class with us this September. ✨ Chef Yew is one of Singapore’s respected chefs and was formerly the Executive Chef of one-MICHELIN-starred Alma by Juan Amador at Goodwood Park Hotel. His impressive culinary journey includes opening Ocean Restaurant at Resorts World Sentosa with celebrity chef Cat Cora, working alongside 3-MICHELIN-starred Chef Christian Bau in Germany, and representing Singapore on some of the world’s most prestigious culinary stages. In 2012, Chef Yew became the first Singaporean to win gold at Bocuse d’Or Asia, and in 2014, he captained the Singapore National Culinary Team at the Culinary Olympics in Germany. Thank you everyone for joining Chef Andy’s masterclass ❤️ We’re so grateful for all the wonderful feedback and for the lovely energy throughout the class. It was such a joy having everyone with us, and we hope you enjoyed the experience as much as we did. See you again soon! by @myturntohost
Braised oxtail, melt in the mouth tender with carrots, celery and tomato cooked into the rich sauce. Red grouper with fermented rice and rice wine in a deeply flavourful chicken broth. Crispy eggplant, one of Chef Andy’s must order signature dishes. And the You Mai Cai, honestly one of the best we’ve had. So flavourful and incredibly easy to recreate at home. Restaurant quality food, yet simple and very doable at home. Many students have already recreated the dishes and loved the results. by @myturntohost
Two back-to-back classes with Chef Andy — and what an incredible success! ❤️ The feedback was amazing. Every dish tasted restaurant-quality, yet the recipes were surprisingly simple and very doable at home. What made the class even more special was how clearly Chef Andy explained every ingredient and technique. Many of our students have already recreated the dishes at home and were amazed by how easy they were — and how good the results turned out. Delicious, practical, and truly restaurant-worthy. Thank you Chef Andy and everyone who joined us! 🙏✨ #MyTurnToHost #ChefAndy #CantoneseCuisine #CookingMasterclass #SingaporeCookingClass by @myturntohost
Chef Andy’s Signature Classics. For this masterclass, we selected some of Chef Andy’s most popular and best selling dishes from the restaurant, the dishes guests keep coming back for and the ones we felt would be especially worth learning. Our first class is happening today, and we are very excited to welcome everyone. For those who missed this session, we will be holding a repeat class on 30 August 2026. If you love Chinese cuisine and want to learn restaurant style dishes that you can actually recreate at home, this is a class not to miss. Every recipe is very detailed, with Chef Andy guiding you through the techniques, preparation and important little details behind each dish. We only have a few seats left for the repeat class on 30 August. Please check the link in our profile for full details and booking. by @myturntohost
