Meet our bestseller: Shiko’s Katsu Sando. ✨

Marinated tofu, coated in Japanese panko and fried crisp to golden perfection, then drizzled with Japanese tonkatsu sauce and layered with cool cucumbers in our homemade sesame dressing and crunchy fresh cabbage tossed in our homemade seeded-mustard dressing—all tucked inside our freshly baked focaccia.

Crispy. Saucy. Crunchy. Completely addictive. 🥪🔥

If you know, you know. And if you don’t…it’s time.

Better than Blank Street. We said what we said. 🍓🍵

Strawberries, slow-cooked for two hours into a rich, glossy jam, meet organic ceremonial-grade matcha from Kagoshima, Japan.

Sweet, smooth and earthy in all the right places.

Because at Nacha, quality is never negotiable — and our customers deserve nothing less than the very best. by @nachafocaccia

Focaccia with a twist and crafted cafe drinks in the heart of Brooklyn. 🥪🌱

Actor and animal advocate Justina Adorno stopped by Nacha Focaccia to chat with co-owner and chef Charlise Rockwood about her journey to plant-based eating and the inspiration behind her incredible creations.

With roots in Charlise’s Mauritian and Jamaican heritage, Nacha turns the humble loaf of focaccia into something seriously special, with bold flavors and plenty of creativity in every bite.

And that katsu sandwich? 🤤 A must-try! by @nachafocaccia

A vegan sandwich shop dedicated entirely to focaccia is commanding lines down the block in Crown Heights. Brooklyn Community Manager Morlene C went to see what the hubbub was about 🍞 📍 @nachafocaccia by @nachafocaccia

WILD ORCHARD ✨🌿🍐

The turkey sandwich — seriously elevated.

Peppered plant-based turkey layered with creamy homemade lemon ricotta, crunchy pepitas, tangy pickled red onion, yellow mustard, freshly sliced pear and peppery arugula — all drizzled in kaffir lime dressing and stacked inside our golden focaccia.

So convincing, you won’t believe it isn’t real turkey.

Fresh, peppery, creamy, a little sweet — and completely wild.

Go on… take a bite on the wild side at Nacha Focaccia. by @nachafocaccia

Nothing helps this late-summer heat in NYC like cold-brewed genmai tea with lychee flavor and lychee jelly ✨☀️ by @nachafocaccia

I ate half of everything and I had to stop and record because this was too good not to share. I was a kid in a candy store today at the best cafe in NYC‼️ @nachafocaccia 😁 I had things I haven’t had in over a decade 😋 the newbie on the menu egg sandwich, the wild orchard, the katsu and the chocolate were all hits 🤤 when I say #bussinouttheframe I mean super bussin out the frame 👀 finger licking good af 🌱 thank you @vegansoulicious for the warm welcome 🙏 the vibes is lit 🔥 #LoveAlwaysWin that’s LAW 💛 #PaulsLAW 💛 #livingfoods 🌱 #naturalliving by @nachafocaccia

Meet your new veg obsession: the Rainbow Harvest.🌱☀️

Proof that eating clean doesn’t mean eating boring.

Ribbons of rainbow carrots, green mango, crisp lettuce, thin radish, and sun-ripened tomato — layered with two housemade dressings: a bright cilantro lime and a spicy sambal mayo.🥭

All veg. All flavor. Zero compromise. by @nachafocaccia

One of our fav regulars @theboundlessbanana stopped in to try our new special—and that first bite said everything 😮‍💨✨

Another addition to the menu that’s a nod to grandma Shiko, paying homage to the Japanese roots of @vegansoulicious’s daughter

Creamy, savory, outrageously eggy—and not an egg in sight 🐣 Come through and try the limited edition Nach’yo Egg Sando while it’s here.

Who’s next? 👀 by @nachafocaccia

The reveal is finally here 🎉

The limited edition Eggless Egg Sando hits the menu today — pair it with our new Lychee Refresher or Hojicha Latte.

The Egg Sando is our vegan take on the classic Japanese tamago sando. Umami, protein-packed, nutrient-rich, and deeply satisfying — no eggs required.

The Lychee Refresher: cold-brewed genmai tea meets lychee, finished with lychee jelly at the bottom for a sweet, soft bite against the crisp, refreshing drink.

The Hojicha Latte: a powdered green tea — like matcha — but roasted. Nutty, smooth, and luxurious.

Three new ways to treat yourself. Can’t wait to see y’all in the café to try them! ✨ by @nachafocaccia
