POSTS STORIES REELS

A husband. A father. A grandfather. A teacher. A mentor. A leader. A man of integrity.

In memory of our CEO & Founder’s late father, we are offering 20% off MLT 2026 tickets as a tribute to the life he lived, the values he embodied, and the legacy he leaves behind.

Through this gesture, we hope to honour his memory by creating more opportunities for women to learn, connect, lead, and create meaningful impact.

A life remembered. A legacy honoured. A purpose continued.

Growth isn’t always loud. Sometimes it’s simply choosing what no longer fits you—and letting it go 🌻

You’re allowed to outgrow people, places, and patterns. That’s not loss… that’s evolution.

“Women are hungry for tools, for growth, and for spaces that truly see them.”

In her powerful reflection, Nadia speaks on the importance of the Mindful Leadership Movement — a space where women are not only learning, but transforming.

She highlights something many avoid:
⚖️ constructive criticism for female leaders — the kind that calls us to be accountable, consistent, and committed to the decisions we make.

Her message is a reminder that leadership isn’t just about leading others — it’s about leading ourselves with clarity and courage.

Sometimes, what looks like laziness is exhaustion. What looks like sensitivity is an emotion asking to be understood. And what looks like pulling away might simply be someone learning to set boundaries. 💛

Not everything needs criticism. Sometimes, it needs understanding, compassion and a different perspective.
Let’s be a little more mindful of the words we use, towards others and ourselves.

A little understanding can make a big difference.

OCTOBER IS FIREEE!!! 🔥🔥🔥

A huge thank you to our Guest Reviewers and Clinical Psychologists, @nadiaahmedtz and Ms. Hellen, for graciously agreeing to volunteer their time and expertise for the October Edition of The Saturday Book Show by Tabasam Nami! 🙏❤️

This is a particularly meaningful conversation for us because, lately, we have been reflecting on how often people avoid confronting their emotional wounds, sometimes developing unhealthy coping mechanisms that affect their well-being and relationships.

Having you join us will help our attendees explore these conversations more deeply, reflect on the importance of emotional awareness, and unpack the insights in Let Them Theory by @melrobbins — particularly the freedom that comes with allowing people to be who they are while taking responsibility for our own responses, boundaries, and growth. 📚✨

And guess what? We’re equally excited to have Paul Kwittega (@kwitegga) joining us as our Guest Performer! 🎤🔥 Because at Tabasam Nami, we believe that well-being is nurtured not only through reading and reflection but also through creative expression, shared experiences, and meaningful human connection.

We are BEYOND excited! We hope you’ve started reading the book because our members are already diving into it, and the excitement is REAL! 😂🔥

October is shaping up to be something special, and we cannot wait to share this experience with you all!

P.S. 👀🔥 A few FREE SLOTS are still available! 🎟️✨ Head over to the link in our bio to secure yours. But hurry, because once the free slots are gone, you’ll need to purchase your ticket through the @nilipetz app by scanning the QR code on the poster. Don’t wait until it’s too late! 😂❤️

See you at the Book Show! 📚🎤✨

Good leadership requires clarity about where you are, where you want to go, and what may be standing in the way.

At MLT 2026, Nadia, Clinical Psychologist, Mindfulness & Corporate Wellness Expert, will facilitate sessions on critical thinking and goal setting/future planning.

She’ll introduce the “5 Whys” technique to help participants uncover the root causes behind problems, then guide them through practical goal setting and future planning, turning insight into clear, actionable steps.

Because meaningful growth starts with asking better questions and being intentional about what comes next. ✨

A Legacy of Purpose. A Life of Being There. 🤍

Mr. Ally Abdallah Ahmed believed in showing up — for his family, his community, and for those who needed a helping hand.

He believed in giving back, raising children with purpose and strong values, and creating a better future by investing in the girl child.

His legacy was not only in what he achieved, but in the people he stood beside, supported, guided, and encouraged along the way.

As we remember his life, we carry forward a simple lesson: be there, give back, and leave people better than you found them.

His life was a legacy of purpose. And that purpose lives on. 🤍

Grief doesn’t simply disappear with time. We learn to carry it, to live alongside it, and to keep moving forward while making space for what we’ve lost. 🤍

You don’t have to “get over” grief. You just have to learn to walk with it.

✨ What does mindful leadership look like in real life?

For Dr. Maha, MLT 2025 was more than a training — it gave her practical tools to navigate the demands of being a doctor, manage her time, balance responsibilities, and lead with greater intention. 🩺💼

From the lessons shared in the room to the connections and moments that stayed with her, MLT continues to create an impact long after the day ends. 💜

Hear it from one of our MLT 2025 Alumni. 🎥✨

Your leadership journey can start here.
