Research & fun 💙 by @nais.poleflow

I started Hardstyle a year ago to step out of my comfort zone (Sensual Flow). It wasn’t easy every day when you’re learning a totally new style, and the creative process was even harder.

But I’m so proud and grateful to my body for pushing through all of it. I feel like it’s important to share the full performance, it’s never perfect, and I really wanted to show that reality.

It was my first baby step in pro category 🐣 and you know... the imposter syndrome was in the room 🙄

I absolutely loved playing this character, and it’s so hard to say goodbye 🩵

Thank you @flowavecrew for the video 🫶

Thanks girls ❤️

Peut être bientôt une nouvelle compet ...? by @nais.poleflow

ExoGen Malta 2026 🇲🇹🌟

2 weeks ago: a deep cut, 3 stitches, and my hopes of stepping on the @exoticgeneration_malta stage at an all-time low (along with my morale)...

1 week before: adapting my choreo.

1 goal only: Get on stage and enjoy it! 🔥

So it was a huge surprise to place 2nd in Semi Pro Hard Style 🥈

I'm so touched, it makes me want to train even harder to become better 💪

Thank you to the organizers for this amazing competition, and to the judges whom I admire so much 🙏

Also wonderful meetings, and a pleasure to evolve in this sphere of passionate and talented people 😮‍💨❤️

Et un gros cœur sur @coco_mademoiselle_poledance qui a choisi de me supporter et partager cette aventure avec moi 🤭❤️

Next stop : Exogen Mallorca ! 🔥
