I’m at RES 2026 this week. If you do consulting or contract work in Indian Country, I built something you need to see.

Watch this and DM me “REZ” for the full breakdown.

Happy to meet up in person while we’re both here. by @najmo.co

comment "200K" for the full breakdown

i breakdown how i helped giizhik consulting — a native-owned, women-led tribal consulting firm — go from under 100 followers to nearly 5,000 and generate over $200k in contracts in just 4 months.

i’m walking through every single step.
how we studied their market, built authority content, optimized their entire page, launched a nationwide follow campaign, and then ran a conversion system that brought in so many leads they had to pause their ads.

one of the most underrated parts of running a service business is the onboarding.

someone just made a big decision.
they invested real money into themselves, their business, and the outcome you promised.

that moment matters.

your onboarding should immediately make them feel like they just made the best decision possible.

when a client leaves the first call thinking “damn… i’m in the right place,” you’ve already won half the battle.

great onboarding doesn’t just deliver information, it builds certainty, momentum, and trust from day one.

people don’t just buy results.
they buy the feeling that they’re finally being taken care of.

make sure your onboarding delivers that.

anything else you would add? by @najmo.co

when you shift things in to perspective, and zoom out, it can really can help you from obsessing over the fears and details that are keeping you stuck.

or at least, i know it helps me a lot

so talk to that girl, post that content, call that person, deal with that thing you don't want to.

our time here is finite.

so whatever hard time you may be going through right now, just know, our people are strong, and so are you

our ancestors before us have been through so much to keep us here today and beyond

so keep on pushing, it gets better

stop prioritizing the things that don't move the needle in your biz

no regrets about college, but I learned more in 6 months of actually doing than 4 years in a classroom.

stop waiting for more education, just start.

the problem isn't the platform—it's that you're posting random content with no plan.

content that speaks to specific problems + follow me ads = consistent leads.

i've done it. my clients do it. stop lying to yourself about instagram not working.

fix your strategy.
