Here is a commission that @ivybeth and I did for @nameless_ronin38 of Jubilee from the cover of X-Men- Millenial Visions that came out in 2000. I have to take a few liberties but I’m very pleased with the outcome. #jubilee #xmen #uncannyxmen #xmen97 #marvelcomics by @nameless_ronin38
Here is a What If? redesign of Juggernaut, from the mind of @nameless_ronin38 and with @icametosin supplying the colors. In the Jamie-Verse, this Cain Marko aka Juggernaut, hails from Earth -514, a world where he was born a mutant and where the hero/villain lines were inverted. Cain’s powers are practically identical to those our villainous Juggernaut received from the Crimson gem of Cytorrak. Cain’s powers still have a connection to Cytorrak as his latent mutant powers were activated when got close to the gem, shield him from its power and control. Cain’s mutant powers come from an impenetrable forcefield, which glows a bright red. His immense strength, forward propulsion, enhanced durability and stamina all come from his forcefield. Other gifts he has attained from his powers are a powerful force blast that emanates from his hands, and he is shielded from psychic assault. Whereas our Juggernaut needs his helmet, Cain is immune and has to consciously allow psionics to enter his mind. Cain was married to the love of his life, Tom Cassidy, in his world. The treacherous mutant music duo, Orb, comprised of Earth-514’s Dazzler and Lila Chaney have snuffed out that light. They attacked the couple, with Dazzler murdering Tom with a hard light sword to the chest, while Lila used her teleportation powers to remove Cain from the fight. Unbeknownst to her, her powers had evolved and Cain was sent to our Earth. Cain has grieved the loss of his love, and has even found comfort in befriending our Dazzler. What Cain doesn’t know is that Tom survived the fight and has recuperated. He has spent all his free time trying to find a way to be reunited. For this Juggernaut, we knew we wanted a half cowl, a vest a muted color scheme and I went wild. It calls back to tour Juggernaut while making him bold and new. #juggernaut #cainmarko #xmen #unxannyxmen #mutant #mutants #marvel #marvelcomics #marvelstudios #marvelcinematicuniverse #mcu #xmenredesigns #mydesign #mydesigns #jamiefayx #icametosin #nameless_ronin38 by @nameless_ronin38
