CAGE WORK with former Marlins Player @iggybaez

Sometimes it only takes a couple of swings to find the feel you’re looking for.

Whether it’s finding your direction, staying grounded, or getting your timing right, every session doesn’t have to be about taking 100 swings. #baseballtraining #baseballdevelopment #hittingtips #hittingcoach by @narlogy

Collecting players like they’re Infinity Stones. 💎⚾️

Talent. Experience. Faith. Purpose.

Last season, these guys were part of the Farm. And we’re just getting started.

The collection is growing.

Develop the player. Build the Farm.

Can’t expect big things to happen when you do bare minimum things. Put the work in and give yourself a fair chance! #baseballtraining #mentalgame #foodforhitters by @narlogy

This is why hitters have to think ahead.

23 days earlier, Austin Riley got Jhoan Duran’s splitter. That matters, because every at-bat gives you information for the next one. #hittingtips #baseballtraining #hittingapprach #mentalgame #foodforhitters by @narlogy

Baseball requires short-term memory. You can’t carry your last strikeout, error, or bad at-bat into the next opportunity. Learn from it, make the adjustment, and move on. #BaseballMindset #MentalGame by @narlogy

Hitters, it’s important to find drills that will keep you explosive. Parachute sprints are one of them!

And if you have a local hill nearby, use it. Hill sprints are another great way to build power, speed, and explosiveness

Explosiveness doesn’t happen by accident, put the work in.

Preparation starts before the ball is released. The goal isn’t to rush, it’s to be on time! 2030 Josiah Only josiahonly_1 BaseballTraining #HittingTips #HittingMechanics #BaseballDevelopment #baseball by @narlogy

Parents, one thing I want you to watch for with young hitters: don’t let them spin out.

When they lose their base, everything falls away and the barrel leaves the zone.

Teach them to stay connected, stay on their base, and let the swing work. #foodforhitters #youthbaseball #baseballparents #baseballtraining #baseballdevelopment by @narlogy

Vladdy Guerrero Jr. swing breakdown 🧠⚾️
Watch how each part of the swing flows into the next. The body stays connected, the barrel works through the zone, and nothing gets cut off early. #foodforhitters #hittingdevelopment #hittingbreakdown by @narlogy
