Raw tanzanite remains my favourite gemstone. I take pleasure in combining it with organic forms and textures in metal that are inspired by nature. The outcome is typically distinctive pieces that radiate character and individuality. 💜

LAHZEH (لحظه) — Persian for "moment".

This collection was inspired by memories of childhood in traditional Iranian homes.

As sunlight passed through stained glass windows, colourful reflections would dance across Persian carpets and walls. We would run after those fleeting fragments of light, trying to catch them before they disappeared. To a child, those moments felt almost magical.

The memory is inseparable from the atmosphere of home: the scent of saffron, cardamom, cinnamon, and rosewater, the warmth of family gatherings, and the feeling of belonging without ever having to think about it.

LAHZEH is my way of preserving those moments through jewellery. The colours, patterns, and forms draw inspiration from the movement of light through stained glass, translated into contemporary wearable pieces that carry fragments of memory.

✨️Stories shaped through memory, material, and cultural narratives.

What do you do when you feel exhausted and struggle to find the motivation to create?

Sometimes, we need to slow down, step away from our work, and give ourselves the space to reconnect with what we love.

I'm curious to know how other creatives navigate these moments. What helps you find your way back to creating when inspiration feels out of reach?

Share your experience in the comments. We can learn from each other.

Begin with yourself.

Sometimes, we look everywhere for inspiration, forgetting that so much of it already lies within us. Our experiences, the challenges we have faced, the memories we carry, and even the little details we barely remember can reveal something about who we are.

I believe that the more we live, the more we have to draw from. We just need to pause, look a little deeper, and allow ourselves to see things differently.

Perhaps finding inspiration is not always about searching for something new, but about discovering something within ourselves that we have not yet found a way to express.

There has always been a quiet connection between my work and the visual language I grew up with. In these pieces, Persian turquoise becomes a central element, brought together with textured silver, gold and geometric forms in a more fluid, contemporary way.

For me, turquoise is more than a colour or a material. It carries something deeply familiar, something we recognise almost instinctively, even before we can put it into words.

This is how I like to approach Persian identity in my work: not by reproducing the past, but by allowing the forms, colours and feelings we are closely connected to find a new and more personal expression.

I Sculpt Silence is a collection very close to my heart. It is a true reflection of the connection I feel between meditation and the act of handcrafting, where stillness, thought and the movement of the hands come together to shape something meaningful.

A very special thank you to my dear friend and the incredibly talented artist @giusemaggiglass, who created these stunning glass pieces especially for me. Her work has become a beautiful part of this collection, bringing another layer of depth and feeling to each piece.
