Wow! Behind the scenes of Pranafest Flash Mob 2026. The journey these dancers, go through, from audience to performers.
Their courage, their playfulness, their willingness to stretch their edges, to grow into another part of self, is so so humbling.

So so proud of every single one of you. And thank you, thank you for co-creating this flash mob, for trusting me and allowing me to take you on this journey. For showing up and leading the way.

You are amazing!

🌹 Red Tent team of facilitators 🌹So grateful for these women, for their leadership, for their hearts, vulnerability and care. For their flexibility, for their honesty and their courage.

Yesterday was an event, but Red Tent feels more like a community, a vision, a direction, grief and celebration.

We laughed, we cried, we felt angry, we smile, we hugged, we sang, we listened.

We set something up to move forward with that can support our community, particularly women and children and their specific needs.

This is just the start, so many doors, connection, collaboration and ideas opened the moment we started speaking in the lead up to this event.

From left to right 🙏

Thank you @emergewithrechelle for your trauma informed wisdom and care, for your vision and resources to support women. Thank you for such concise wisdom shared in such an impactful way, your talk on breaking the cycle was so potent and your resource support so so appreciated!

@haigh_ali thank you for your beautiful heart, for the softness you bring to the space and the science of heart brain math. Your vision too is inspiring, thank you for holding the frequency and reminding us of the other realms of supporting the personal and collective shift.

Joy Heart ninja 🙏 you know 🌸 you are an earth angel and fairy, we need your medicine, your prescence, your essence, your wisdom and your art is healing, thank you for your delivery at the most perfect time. Your grace, joy and bubbles of love is just what this world needs and what this space needs to remember 🙏

@tazelise the unicorn, gosh I don't know if you realise how much you bought to the space. Light hearted play, innocence, freedom, childlike wonder, you held this beautiful Frequency the whole event and was an incredible contribution, thank you.

@gabriella.salmon you are such an incredible speaker and facilitator, every time I listen to you, you command the space in such power and Grace, your wisdom is incredible but your leadership is next level you bought power imbalance to the conversation while also facilitating energy balance and trauma informed care, thank you.

Former Police Officer, Ms Australia Legacy International 2026, and Founder of No More Silence @caroline_clarke__ is one of our incredible speakers for this Sunday's Red Tent Event!

So honored and excited to have this brave and wise women walking us through the cost of speaking up AND what she got back!

Four sentences were said to Caroline after she was assaulted. Two of them before the man pleaded guilty, and two of them after.

In Caroline's session she looks at what it actually costs a woman to speak, why the freeze response gets turned around and used as the evidence against her, and what she reclaimed on the other side of it.

She finishes with the four sentences any one of us can say when somebody tells us something, because one unsafe person can silence a woman for twenty four years, and one safe one can give those years back.

Caroline Clarke is a former police officer who now works with women on the patterns that keep them silent, seven years in policing in the UK, then juvenile justice and child protection, and now a clinical hypnotherapist.

She is the founder of No More Silence, a survivor led movement built on the idea that silence is rarely a choice, and that most of the time it is made by what happens when a woman finally speaks. The work runs from public education through to advocacy for the systems that still ask her what she expected, and why she waited so long to say anything.

She is Ms Australia Legacy International 2026, she is writing Breaking the Good Girl Code, and she speaks about all of this as a woman who has lived it rather than studied it from a distance.
