22, in college, and already investing while everyone said ‘just get a good job.’ by @nataliabanalesm

Overtime never got the side-eye. Investing in myself did. by @nataliabanalesm

Everyone tells you that feeling is just anxiety. I think it’s your body doing math your calendar hasn’t caught up to, because money stress and body stress were never separate categories. They live in the same nervous system, and that Sunday dread isn’t in your head, it’s in your gut, and your gut clocked it before you did.

If you’re the woman still clocking into a 9-5, quietly wondering if this is really the plan for the next 20 years, you already know this in your body before your mind catches up.

I reversed my PCOS in two years through holistic health. I stopped believing income had to cost me my peace to earn it. Building aligned income is what finally let both exist at the same time. by @nataliabanalesm

Our moms knew. They just didn’t have the rest of the story yet. by @nataliabanalesm

The way I scream when you post a win before I even had time to like it. Not competing. Just genuinely, loudly, obnoxiously happy for you. This is a page for women who hype each other up like this. by @nataliabanalesm

Every month, for years. A pill to keep my body cooperating’ with a calendar it never agreed to. Then one day I stopped managing it and started asking why. Root cause, not band-aid. That’s the fight I picked. by @nataliabanalesm

POV: it’s 4:58pm and someone just needs you for “one quick thing.” Of course I got tired of my time never actually being mine. Building something that doesn’t answer to a clock isn’t about hustle, it’s about finally protecting the peace I stopped negotiating on. If you’re already doing great at the job everyone claps you for, but exhausted by what it’s costing you, this is for the woman who’s done being impressive and exhausted at the same time. by @nataliabanalesm

Kinda chic to close the laptop at 5pm and mean it. Kinda chic to stop googling ‘9-5 exit business’ at midnight and actually build one instead. If you’re the woman already killing it at her 9-5 but done proving it at the cost of her peace, this is your community. by @nataliabanalesm

I was told PCOS is something you manage, not reverse. I reversed mine in 2 years.

If your standards don’t stop at your body, they were never going to stop there. by @nataliabanalesm
