Found my forever date ❤️ by @natalieliddell7_

Never thought I’d find a guy like him, and somehow I did ❤️‍🩹 by @natalieliddell7_

My last ever Owasso Invitational, and I don’t think I’ll ever be able to put into words how much today truly meant to me. ❤️AND SECOND PLACE WOOHOO!!!! Before this season, I was at a completely different school, and transferring my senior year was one of the scariest things I’ve ever been faced with. I was terrified of starting over, of not knowing anyone, and wondering if this was the right choice. But today reminded me that sometimes change is everything.

If I hadn’t taken this opportunity, I never would have met some of the kindest, most genuine, and most amazing people I have ever known. The people in this band program have welcomed me, supported me, laughed with me, and they certainly make me feel like I belong in a place that was once completely unfamiliar to me. I will forever be grateful that something I was so scared of became one of the most beautiful parts of my senior year. 🥲

On another note, I am so unbelievably proud of my little sister for recovering from ankle surgery so quickly and making her way back into the show as a member of our drumline. Watching her get back out there and do what she loves has made me so incredibly proud, and I couldn’t imagine experiencing this season without her by my side. Thank you for inspiring me everyday Emmy.

Alsooooo, to my boyfriend, Max, I couldn’t be more proud of you for sweeping 1st place today. I absolutely LOVE getting to experience our senior year together, and getting to watch each other accomplish things we’ve worked so hard for is something I’ll forever cherish. ❤️ I am beyond proud of you.

I love you guys ❤️‍🩹 by @natalieliddell7_
