A running journey to become the first 6-star female from your country can start with just a 5k! It’s incredible how far running can take us…to learn about ourselves, to grow, to share, and to honor. Running the Tokyo marathon!

Congratulations on this milestone in your running journey.

This year has been rough. With me and a lot of my friends out of work most of the year due to the WGA and SAG/AFTRA strikes, keeping positive energy hasn’t been easy. I’ve leaned on my running and coaching more than ever to lift my vibes and keep my energy clear. This Marathon weekend was a big recharge, especially the @craftsportswear @ifit @paragonrunning event with @tommy_rivs. What I love about Craft is that team building and supporting each other and building community through running is at the center of what they do. IFit and Craft have recognized the importance of community and having events like this. My 5 1/2 hr conversation with Rivs during the 2021 NYC Marathon put me on a path to group coaching. At this event we got to catch up in 3 minutes, but seeing in person what Rivs has overcome and endures is always inspiring. Our little talk was enough to Re energize my creative battery. It was nice to reconnect with Lisa and Miguel from Craft as well. They too have the energy of community mindedness and a purity of intention that can be felt. The run itself was fun and joyful and I loved running where I’ve run so many times, near the water. The water calms. Thank you @abelrecknold @mrsssmullen @craftsportswearus @paragonrunning @ifit for creating these opportunities. Thank you @miguelrua for the great pics and thank you again @tommy_rivs for the post, and for our marathon friendship. I hope you’re recovered, I should have offered you a lollipop on the course. I look forward to seeing you all again next year. I wonder what changes will come in that year, and with that, what growth. #ParagonSports #RunWithRivs #NYCMarathon #RageGently #BeTheJoy #TheLaughingRunner 🏃🏾‍♀️ ❤️ by @natthetrini

Don’t fear the bridges, let’s reframe that. Relax, reset, reflect and give gratitude. 1% of applicants got in to the NYC Marathon for 2026, how lucky are we to run it? Each bridge gives you a break from the crowds and helps you check in with yourself and get ready for the next section of the course. Use the science of the calming effects of water to help you move over the bridges. Use those arms, arms carry you up and over, but use the beauty of the water to ease worry, and build community and joy in running. Be in unexpected places and take up space. Be your authentic self wherever you choose to be. Move in nature, connect with it. We are of nature, moving through nature. #RunToRep #GameChangers #LeadTheWay #TakeUpSpace #BeTheJoy

This is what I’m running in now (and have been since 2021).
Don’t run in a shoe just because it’s popular, find a shoe that works with you and how you run

Sometimes we need help figuring out what running terms mean. How do you know Marathon pace if you haven’t run one yet? #MarathonTraining #MarathonCoach #RunningWithAsthma #RunToRep #BeTheJoy 🏃🏾‍♀️ ❤️ by @natthetrini

I got to try today, and I haven’t done that in a while. Building back takes time and grace, and I’m remembering how to race for myself. I got to see friends and catch up with people and met a couple members of @runningsistahssocialclub and I felt a part of a community. Should have gone out earlier, last repeat was trash, couldn’t hang for the cool down and did that indoors. Summer training is here #MarathonTraining #RunSmarter #RunToRep #RunLikeAKid #RunningWithAsthma 🏃🏾‍♀️ ❤️ by @natthetrini
