My best birthday present for myself this year was my super healthy and fit shape. 🎉
Even judges at the competition gave me appreciation words, because my age doesn’t match my appearance. 👩🏻‍🦰👠💅🏻

P.S I still can do way better but this year I was tight on time and unexpected events happened a long the way. Every prep tho, is an amazing journey 🚀

$🍁 Autumn 2026: The Battles, the Victories & What’s Next. 🗡️🛡️ People often look at the medals and trophies and think it’s all about a single day on stage. 😂 Most don’t see the brutal preps, the discipline, the mood crashes, the sacrifices, and the chaos of real life happening simultaneously. And that’s okay. Not everything needs to be visible to be real. The biggest battles are often the ones nobody sees. And some of the most important victories never come with a medal. It’s a challenge against yourself, your own limits, your habits, and sometimes even your own mind.🤯 This season taught me what I’m truly made of. 🛠️ Taking 2nd in Masters and 7th in Open at Euro Naturals in Madrid, competing at a pro-qualifier event, proved something important to me: limits are often much further away than we imagine. 💡 And the best part? I achieved all this while operating at only a fraction of what I believe my true potential is. ✨ As after completion I figured out my gran error! 🙅🏻 Wow! 😳 Six medals. Three cities. Two countries. One unforgettable season. 💥 Now it’s time for a well-earned break from competing, some recovery, and a proper growing season. Because the goal was never just to collect medals. It was to discover how far I could go. 🚀 And apparently, I’m not done discovering. 🛡️⚔️❤️‍🔥 #naturalbodybuilding #redflamefit #gymlifestyle #gymlife #mastersbikini by @nattynata_nz$

⚔️ FALCÓ TEAM | MÁS QUE UN EQUIPO, UNA FAMILIA. ❤️‍🔥

Como diría Dominic Toretto… ¡Lo primero es la familia! 😎🏎️

🗓️ SÁBADO 31 DE OCTUBRE
🏛️ @polfrfit | CLASSIC PHYSIQUE — TALLA C

4 DAYS OUT 🔥 | 47.8 kg

Feeling good, feeling excited, and definitely feeling ready!

Carbs are gradually increasing, energy is coming back, (finally kind of 😅) and I try to keep things as chill as possible. 🤌🏻

Another thing I’ve learned during this prep (hopefully! 😂) is that constantly trying to do more doesn’t necessarily mean doing better( that one is still debatable 🌚😂)
Sometimes slowing down, giving yourself space, and protecting your peace is exactly what you need. ( smart ass words tho 😂)

But honestly, I’m enjoying every moment of this journey. 🛸
