Your morning routine doesn’t need to be complicated.

Hydrate. Take care of your gut. Get your protein in.

Three simple habits that can set the tone for the rest of your day. 💪

What’s one thing you NEVER skip in the morning? by @naturalbodyinc

The economics of whey protein are getting CRAZY 📈

This week alone we received two separate wholesale quotes for 5 lb whey isolates in the $90+ range. And that’s buying PALLETS at a time. By the time those products reach retail shelves, you’re looking at $130+ per tub. This time last year, those same products were RETAILING for $90 (and some brands have just flat discontinued their offerings in this category).

But there’s an interesting loophole in the protein market right now that hasn’t closed (as of yet).

We’re still able to offer @hitechpharma Precision Protein, a 5lb hydrolyzed whey isolate, for UNDER $100.

How? A combination of favorable inventory positioning and a manufacturer willing to sacrifice some margin to remain competitive.

The result is a pretty remarkable pricing discrepancy: **you can buy ONE 5lb tub of Precision Protein at retail for roughly what we’re being quoted WHOLESALE for competing products.**

We don’t know how long this opportunity will last, but in today’s protein market, it’s an exceptional value.

The journey to trying every flavor of @musclesportusa Lean Whey continues…

Today’s contender: Nice N’ Crispy - this one is a limited time flavor that recently made a brief return. It’s still on @naturalbodyinc website and I know they just need a Lean Whey restock in stores.

They can’t seem to keep that stuff not the shelves, and for good reason.

KING OF PROTEIN continues their reign. This one actually blew my mind. I don’t know why I’m always so surprised by how good they are at this point.

Halloween 2026: Welcome to Camp Crystal LIFT 🏋🏻

If you’re on a GLP-1, don’t just focus on losing weight. Focus on keeping your muscle too. 💪

Losing weight is great, but losing muscle along with it can make it harder to achieve that lean, defined look you’re working toward.

That’s where creatine comes in.

✅ Supports strength and muscle performance
✅ Helps muscles look fuller by increasing water stored inside muscle cells
✅ Supports your training while you’re losing weight

And no, creatine doesn’t automatically make you look bloated. Some water-weight gain is normal, but that’s not the same as gaining fat.

5g of creatine monohydrate daily. Even on rest days.

Pair it with adequate protein and resistance training to help maintain your hard-earned muscle.

Have questions about creatine? Stop into any Natural Body location and we’ll help you out! by @naturalbodyinc

One of my favorite parts of Fall is all of the seasonal supplement goodies 🍁🤓

As someone who works in the supplement, sports nutrition world and is a progressional Fall princess; here are my highlights from the 2026 season.

Best part is that you can grab all of these @naturalbodyinc instead of having to pay multiple shipping costs for different products from different brands. Wins all around.

The protein market is changing 📈

Everyone’s talking about rising whey prices, but as a retailer, we’re smack in the middle of the supply chain so we see both upstream (to the brands and manufacturers) and downstream (to the end users). What we’re seeing is arguably more interesting: a fundamental shift in how consumers are shopping for protein.

As manufacturers shrink container sizes to keep prices manageable, customers are increasingly looking for the exact opposite: bigger tubs, better value, and more economical ways to hit their protein goals.

I think the market is beginning to split into three distinct segments: premium proteins, value-oriented wheys (isolates), and more economical protein alternatives.

And we’re adjusting our buying strategy at Natural Body accordingly. Our goal is simple: make sure there’s a compelling option for every customer, at every price point, in each of these categories.

Which category best describes you? Where are your protein dollars going? Let us know below 👇 by @naturalbodyinc

Last weekend at Natural Body was one for the books!

Huge Thank You to the entire Natural Body team for welcoming us, supporting Morphogen, and putting together an incredible event with Nick Walker.

As Morphogen continues to grow, one thing matters to us more than simply getting our products onto more shelves: getting them into the RIGHT hands.

We want to build relationships with retailers who genuinely care about their customers, believe in the products they carry, and hold themselves to a higher standard.

That’s exactly the kind of partnership we’re proud to build with Natural Body.

And to everyone who came out to meet Nick, connect with the team, and show their support, THANK YOU.

We’re just getting started. #JOINTHETAKEOVER by @naturalbodyinc

You got your blood work back, your cholesterol is high, and now your doctor is talking about putting you on a statin. 💊

But have you explored what a few simple changes to your daily routine could do?

Increasing soluble fiber through foods like oats, beans, and psyllium husk can help lower LDL cholesterol.

And there’s another ingredient you might not have heard of: citrus bergamot. 🍊

In one placebo-controlled clinical trial, researchers reported an 11.5% reduction in LDL cholesterol over four months. 📉

Now, that doesn’t mean medication is never necessary. But improving your diet and discussing additional options with your doctor can be part of taking control of your health.

Stop into Natural Body and let us help you explore your options.

Follow for more practical ways to improve your health. 💪 by @naturalbodyinc

According to the @morphogen_nutrition Instagram page, this is @nick_walker39 AKA Mr. Olympia’s favorite product.

AND it’s a sleep product! I love that.

The best performance enhancer that’s 100% free and legal is sleep.

So of course, I had to break it down.
Watch Morphogen, they are getting a lot of attention AND it’s earned.

Check out @naturalbodyinc in store and online for a loaded selection of Morphogen.
