PCA YONGIN - 🥇🥇 First showing of the international leg as we stepped into an Untested show the day before the main show of the season 🎯 Remember being backstage knowing that this look was a VERY different look to that taken to both the 2Bros and OCB stage earlier in the season Results mean fuck all in the grand scheme of things; This weekend brought my best look of the entire season and one that makes me very proud Also a look that drives me for more. This shot to me is simply showcasing my potential within this division and one I fully intend of reaching by @naturalphysique_coaching

I left Scotland 7 Weeks ago to conclude my 2026 Competition Prep in South Korea and Japan I wanted to put myself up against some very good athletes, I wanted to push myself and see how I line up in the most popular division in Asia The season went very well, I have walked away with multiple regional wins, even winning a world title in the process Yet my biggest victory wasn’t any placing in particular. It comes from knowing my purpose, and falling deeper and deeper in love with this sport. I met some incredible people and competitors in my time abroad and I thank them all for making every experience so much more memorable I return home prematurely today, not in any negative way. Rather with a completely new perspective of myself and how I want my life to look I am the best version of myself as an Athlete, Coach, Friend and Son when here. My goals have changed and what’s important to me in all of the above I have discovered potential I never knew was there - Time to execute by @naturalphysique_coaching

Season wrap up for big Gavvv @the_barbell_gym Brought the best Gavin by an absolute mile this season, it’s been a pleasure working alongside him! We’ve always stayed in touch after our session in 2023, and I knew Gavin could be better than ever with the right guidance. He was self coaching for his first show this season, then we decided to team up directly after. We got to work on getting peeled, while still having 1-2x high days per week. Massive focus on training performance and not digging into oblivion. The result… glute striations and his most balanced physique yet :) Top 3’s left right and centre this season 🏅 Came up against some crazy athletes this year! We know what to improve on. Time to get bigger and fill out the frame. I know Gavin has gone through some very difficult times and situations this prep, but he hasn’t moaned a single time throughout. One of the most infectiously positive human beings I know 🫶🏻 Post show has been nailed for the first time ever too, and it’s going to pay off. Big off season with improved training incoming, excited to see the result 😈 - Use code Josh10 at @pitstopnutrition If you’re interested in joining @naturalphysique_coaching hit the link in our bio or drop me a message #naturalphysiquecoaching by @naturalphysique_coaching
