A day in my life as the founder of Moonfed🌀bringing Phase Two: Returning to Roots to life, from the setup to the conversations, movement, and little moments in between.

As an Indian woman building a wellness community, creating space to learn about the cultural roots of these practices means so much to me. thank you to everyone who showed up with curiosity and made this gathering what it was🥹🫶🏽

A huge thank you to @__idklia of @centeredbodywellnessnj for guiding our conversation and yoga practice, @ashleahyoo and @elena.empower of @empowerstudiomarlton for welcoming us, @helwaawii Helwa for the delicious coffee and matcha, and @alignwith_ab @the_align_collective for capturing it all so beautifully.

Thank you to our gifting partners, @journalbymoon.co @journalbymoon and @natures_potion_ for the thoughtful journals and customized apothecary, and to @sproutliving for supporting our community⭐️

More photos and a detailed event-day recap coming soon. For now, a little glimpse of what goes into getting us all in the same room!!

-Then take what we just learned off the page and onto the mat with a 35–40 minute guided yoga flow rooted in connection to the practice beyond movement

Hi, I’m Brooke! I’m the founder of Nature’s Potion and a licensed clinical social worker. Throughout my career I’ve seen how small, intentional acts of self-care can help us feel grounded, restored, and ready to grow. Nature’s Potion grew from that belief. I hand curate herbal tea blends, natural home/body care, and apothecary botanical offerings. Each product is made to turn an everyday moment into a nourishing ritual of your own... ✨ nice to meet you!! 👋🏼 by @natures_potion_
