ALL GLORY TO GOD. 🙏🏊‍♂️🚴‍♂️🏃‍♂️

“I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.” — Philippians 4:13

A dream I carried for a long time, finally lived. ❤️

Triathlon was always on my mind, but swimming was the one thing holding me back. After nearly a year of pool practice, I could finally swim beyond a kilometre. Then, about two months before the race, I met Sanketh Bengre Sir @stream_line2026 @sankethbengre @abhisaran_aquatic_centre , who trained me in the pool and the sea, preparing me to face the ocean with the skills and confidence I needed.

I knew swimming was my weakest leg, but I also knew I wouldn’t give up. With faith in God and trust in my preparation, I was ready to give it everything.

Cycling and running were my comfort zones. While the fancy road bikes around me looked intimidating, my humble hybrid proved its worth. It did the job beautifully, and I rode with confidence! 🚴‍♂️🔥 Running was familiar territory too; humidity was my only real challenge.

This journey wouldn’t have been the same without Rai Sir @dr.radiorai and Aparna , my wonderful companions who guided me, shared their knowledge and supported me throughout.

To my parents, thank you for trusting me, giving me the freedom to pursue my dreams, and allowing me to take on the challenge of swimming in the sea. ❤️

A heartfelt thank you to My Coach Nayana @nayanashettyd and My Fitness Hub @myfitnesshub.mangalore for keeping me strong through your training and support.

A special thanks to my friends Mahantesh @mahi_a_tri , Santosh Prabhu @runtravelteach , Vaishali and Deepti for showing up and cheering me on. Your presence made this journey even more special.
The who was not present on event day but always present when I’m in need @dr.santosh.manjunath
And Avin for being always there for me.

Above all, I thank God. Every bit of strength, courage and determination came from Him. This finish is not just about completing a triathlon; it’s about overcoming my weakness, trusting the process, and discovering what faith and perseverance can do.

One dream. Three disciplines. One unforgettable journey. All glory to God. 🙏❤️

Everytime you teach something new to the child, allow them to make as many mistakes as possible. Only after several repetitions done w/o mistakes ,will the child understand the biodynamic of that particular exercise. Their brain will slowly start to build more understanding towards correcting any exercise that is performed not in a right way. As a coach, I have got hardly 2 or 3 good reps here. Rest all were either slow reaction or less ground impact or less power. Everytime he did a bad rep, he knew it and worked towards a good rep just by himself. Thats when they learn to correct their own mistakes! It's a progress 🙌

This Ayudha Pooja, we bow with gratitude to the tools that empower us, the strength that drives us, and the discipline that transforms us. At the gym, every piece of equipment is more than just a tool — it is a partner in our journey towards a stronger, healthier and happier life.

May Goddess Durga bless us with strength in our bodies, determination in our minds, and positivity in our hearts. ❤️

Happy Ayudha Pooja from My Fitness Hub! 🏋️‍♀️🙏😇
