A friendly reminder: you’re allowed to outgrow the version of you that got you this far. 🖤

You can love her, thank her, forgive her… and still decide it’s time to let her go.

There’s another version of you waiting on the other side of the habits, environments, relationships, fears, and beliefs you’ve outgrown.

But becoming her requires choosing her.

Choose the healthier you.
The happier you.
The disciplined you.
The confident you.
The peaceful you.

You don’t have to stay who you’ve always been just because she’s familiar.

Let her go, baby.

It’s time to meet the next — and best — version of you. 🖤

The life you keep saying you want starts the moment you stop saying “tomorrow.”

Not Monday. Not next month. Not when you feel ready.

Today. ✨

Start scared. Start messy. Just start.

A year from now, you’ll be glad you did. 🖤

Comment “PLAN” and I’ll send you the exact resources I used to go from 262 → 148 lbs. 💌

Everybody keeps asking me HOW I actually lost 100+ lbs… so here’s the breakdown.

1. Gastric sleeve 🩺
Gave me the tool to finally get control of my portions.

2. GLP-1 💉
Helped me with appetite/food noise and maintaining my progress.

3. Strength training 🏋🏾‍♀️
This is what changed my SHAPE.

4. Nutrition 🥗
I stopped treating weight loss like a temporary diet.

5. Waist training ⏳
Something I personally incorporated consistently into my routine.

6. Mindset / rebuilding myself 🧠
The biggest transformation wasn’t even physical. It was mental!!

Want the exact resources I used on my journey? Comment “PLAN” and I’ll send them to you. 💌

If you’ve been waiting for a sign to choose yourself… this is it. 🫶🏾🫶🏾🫶🏾

262 lbs → 148 lbs.

I started this journey after a breakup, as a single mom, with barely any money, depressed, scared, and feeling completely alone.

I didn’t have some perfect plan. I just knew that starting over had to be better than staying in a life that was making me miserable.

So I chose myself.

I took the leap scared. I started rebuilding with what I had. And when I couldn’t see how everything was going to work out, I trusted that God had a plan for my life and focused on doing my part.

And thank God I didn’t give up.

This transformation wasn’t easy. It took faith, discipline, sacrifice, failure, getting back up, and choosing myself over and over again.

But I would do it all again.

Because the woman on the other side of that decision was worth fighting for. 🥹🤍

If you’re in a season where you know you need to start over.
Let this be the day you stop waiting to feel ready and decide that the life you want is worth taking a chance on yourself for.

Sometimes the biggest glow-up starts with one decision: I’m not abandoning myself anymore.

Gentle reminder 💖

I had a vision for myself long before I looked like her.

My transformation wasn’t one thing. It was learning how to train my body, changing the way I ate, choosing gastric sleeve surgery, utilizing a GLP-1 as a tool, and most importantly — deciding that the version of me I could see in my head was worth working for.

Over 100 lbs later, I’m living in a body I once only imagined. And now I want to help other women create their own path there.

Whether you’re looking for:
✨ structure with nutrition, mindset + weight loss through The HER Blueprint
✨ information on the GLP-1 I use
✨ or resources from my gastric sleeve journey

I’ve lived all three — and I can share the tools, resources and experience that helped me along the way.

Your vision doesn’t have to look like mine. But you do need a plan for yours.

Comment “GLP1” and I’ll send you the exact GLP-1 I use + my code for $100 OFF ❤️‍🔥💸

Losing the weight is one thing… keeping it off while being a busy mom with a REAL life is another.

GLP-1s have been one of the most helpful tools in my journey — especially when it comes to controlling my appetite, staying consistent with my goals, and maintaining my 100+ lb weight loss.

I still prioritize my workouts. I still make intentional choices with food. But I’m also a busy mom, and I needed something that made maintaining my results feel more realistic instead of feeling like I had to be perfect 24/7.

And at this point? I’m not just trying to lose weight. I’m building and maintaining my dream body. 😮‍💨

If you’ve been struggling with your weight, your appetite, or constantly losing and regaining the same pounds, this may be a conversation worth having with your healthcare provider.

Comment “GLP1” and I got you. ❤️‍🔥

The 8 week mind + body reset challenge is loading…. 🖤#fitnessmotivation #gymmotivation #strongandsexy #mindbodyspirit #reset by @nderabfit

A message to my demons… Sometimes the hardest part of becoming her is surviving the version of you that doesn’t believe you ever will.

I know what it feels like to look at the life you want and feel SO far away from it that you can’t even imagine how you’ll get there.

And if I’m being transparent… I lost myself for a while.

I was self-sabotaging. Running from things I needed to face. Trying to numb what I didn’t know how to heal. My relationship with alcohol had gotten out of control, my thinking was destructive, and eventually I had to stop pretending I could keep living that way.

So I disappeared.

Not because I gave up on myself—but because God was calling me to deal with myself.

And I’m learning that sometimes God doesn’t immediately take you OUT of the hard season because there are things He needs to take OUT OF YOU while you’re in it.

Old habits.
Old thought patterns.
Fear.
Self-sabotage.
The need to escape every uncomfortable feeling.
Versions of yourself that simply cannot come where He’s taking you.

I thought I was falling behind.

Whole time, I was being rebuilt. 🙏🏾

This journey has never just been about losing weight. The woman you see becoming stronger in these clips had to learn how to keep choosing herself before she fully believed she was capable of becoming her.

And I’m having to choose her again now.

I’m choosing sobriety.
I’m choosing God.
I’m choosing accountability.
I’m choosing to feel instead of escape.
I’m choosing to get back up.
I’m choosing to KEEP GOING.

So if you’re in a season where nothing makes sense and you feel miles away from the person you know you’re supposed to become… maybe you’re not as lost as you think.

Maybe you’re being taught the lessons the next version of you is going to need.

You are not required to have the whole journey figured out today.

Just don’t quit in the chapter that’s teaching you how to become the woman you prayed for. 🦋

I’m still becoming her.

And this time, I’m not running from the process. 🤎🙏🏾

One day she chose herself… again.
