Who said mountain girls can’t have beach withdrawals? 😂

🌊 One minute I’m romanticising the mountain life, the next I’m scrolling through beach pictures and mentally booking my next tropical getaway. Vitamin sea, please!

This birthday felt very personal, and honestly, exactly how I like it. 🤍

I spent it with my favourite human, doing all the little things I love — good food, movement, quiet moments, and simply being present. No big plans, no crowded rooms, no need for noise.

As I’m getting older, I’m realising I’d much rather spend my birthday surrounded by a few people who truly feel like home. The kind of day that doesn’t need to be loud to feel special.

And this one was perfect. ✨

I wasn’t born in the ’80s… but my fashion sense clearly has unfinished business there.💗🫶

If I had lived through the ’80s, I’m pretty sure I would’ve shown up in big hair, bold colours, statement jewellery and maximum drama — but make it DESI. 💃🏽✨

So here’s my take on the ’80s fashion trend, but in Indian ethnic wear — because who said retro fashion had to mean Western outfits?

Think retro Indian fashion + vintage Bollywood vibes + big ’80s hair + sarees + statement jewellery + unapologetically OTT desi glamour. ❤️

Born in the wrong decade, dressed for the right one. 😉

Would you try the ’80s trend — Indian edition? 👀

Virgo season is officially here ♍️ And if you’re a Virgo, you already know — we notice EVERYTHING. The details, the energy, the tiny changes… and yes, we probably overanalyze it too 😂

Some days, the best plan is simply to step outside.

To wander through the pine forests, run along mountain trails, and let nature do what it does best—quiet the mind and fill the soul.

Exploring isn’t always about reaching a destination. Sometimes it’s about finding yourself somewhere between the trees, the fresh air, and the endless mountains.

This is your reminder: go outside. The mountains are waiting. 🌲🏔️

The simplest morning rituals are often the ones we stick to. 🌿✨

I’ve been starting my day with curry leaves detox water—a refreshing, nutrient-rich drink that’s packed with antioxidants and can be a great addition to a healthy lifestyle.

✨ Potential benefits:
• Rich in antioxidants that help protect your cells.
• May support healthy digestion.
• May help support balanced blood sugar levels.
• Contains vitamins that contribute to healthy skin and hair.
• Can be part of a PCOS-friendly lifestyle when combined with a balanced diet and regular exercise.

Remember, no single drink is a magic solution. Consistency, nourishing food, movement, and good sleep are what truly make a difference. 💚

Would you try this morning ritual?

Save this reel for later and share it with someone who loves natural wellness. 🌱

The mountains are slowly changing the way I see life. They remind me that happiness isn’t measured by how fast we move, how much we own, or how busy we keep ourselves. Somewhere between quiet mornings, long walks, simple meals, and endless skies, I’ve realized that the richest life isn’t the one filled with more—it’s the one with enough.

I’ve learned that the real luxury is having time. Time to sit without rushing. Time to be present with the people you love. Time to notice the birds, the changing seasons, and the silence between conversations. Maybe the meaning of life was never about chasing more. Maybe it was always about slowing down enough to truly live.

river flowing beside me, local flavors on the table, and the people I love around me.

Nature has always been my favorite kind of therapy. It heals in ways words can’t explain and gently reminds me to slow down, breathe deeply, and ask the questions that everyday life often drowns out.🌸❤️🫶🧿🧿

I think we’re all a little overstimulated.

Maybe that’s why a day spent listening to birds instead of notifications, watching the stars instead of a screen, and sitting around a fire with people you love feels so incredibly healing.

Nothing extraordinary happened.
And somehow, that’s exactly what made it extraordinary.

This place has given us so much peace that I’d rather protect it than geotag it. I hope that’s okay. 🌿
