Last night, we hosted our very first tasting for the NEÍ temaki pop-up—and it still feels surreal.

What started as a passionate hobby slowly turned into something more real with every hand roll made, every fish sourced, every late-night brainstorm.

To finally share this vision in an intimate setting with some of the amazing supporters who believed in it from the beginning was beyond special.

This is just the start—thank you for being part of the ride. There’s so much more to come.

Thank you @mrbaguettemiami for graciously letting us use your space & making the best dessert to cap off our menu.
