The best way to start the month is with a classic 🤩 Itoh Kyuemon — Seiju no Midori Usucha: Slightly bitter and astringent, with a bit drying finish. Was hoping for more umami and a smoother finish. Latte (Oat Milk): Mellow with no noticeable bitterness, but remained grainy no matter how much I whisked it. Overall: I was expecting a little more, especially from such a well-known brand. It is a little expensive, but maybe it’s just not my cup of tea! ♡ Let me know if I could’ve prepared it better! by @nelly.matcha
