Welcome to the Whole Foods Mail Club!!

(LINK IN BIO)

I created the Whole Foods Mail Club from a little goal that means a lot to me: I want to eat more whole foods, feel more fit, and most importantly, build a healthier life for myself. But I didn’t want that journey to be something I did alone — I wanted to share it with you! 💌

📬 What’s inside your mail:
🎨 5x7 Original Hand-Painted Recipe Print
A 5x7 print featuring the recipe of the month, originally hand-painted and hand-signed by me!

🥗 5x7 Recipe Sheet
The recipe, along with the health benefits and nutritional facts to help you learn a little more about what you’re putting into your body.

📈 Whole Foods Habit Tracker
A cute tracker to help you keep up with how often you’re eating whole foods and celebrate your progress!

✨ 4 Holographic Stickers
Four adorable holographic stickers, originally drawn by me, tucked inside a cute mini grocery bag!

🧾 Adorable Grocery Receipt
A tiny, fun receipt listing all the ingredients you’ll need to make the recipe — plus a QR code where you can leave me a review! Your feedback helps me keep improving the club and, most importantly, helps me know that I should keep making it! 💗
