Global ceasefire now. Ceasefire of all sides. Everywhere.

Ceasefire between nations and between states.

Ceasefire between communities.

Ceasefire between neighbors.

Ceasefire within families.

Ceasefire within our own hearts and minds.

Business as usual, politics as usual, systems as usual, posturing as usual, and denial as usual is tragically taking us down.

And it’s all personal. It touches upon every aspect of our life.

From how we work to how we love.

The ways we choose to take action and move through the world makes a difference.

The ways we choose to show up, speak, step into leadership, and co-create our future.

You are more powerful that you know, and there is strength in numbers when we come together. As communities. As businesses and organizations. As institutions. As bodies of social culture.

It may feel awkward, clumsy, or even foolish at times. But to move through the world with an intention of awakefulness, compassion, an open heart and an open mind that is attuned to discovering its own limitless potential… these are some of the things that make life not only worth living within the shoes you wear, but these are the things that make life worth living amongst our human family… and amongst all with whom we share this planet.

My clients who work with me share common traits. Whether they recognize it or not, they are highly accomplished. Often in ways unconventional or not visible to the public eye. Their work may be so deeply woven within the systems we live, that it can go unnoticed. Or forgotten. But their impact is deep and eternal all the same.

They care deeply about the world. Heart-led and purpose-led, they feel called to create real change, to transform how they live in relationship to Self, Spirit and the Spaces they inhabit.

They're ready to do both the inner inquiry and the outer strategy to bring what they're called to into form.

Whether through the work they do, the businesses they run, the communities they weave, or the yet-to-be-named creative expression coming through them.

Unleash your Spirit. Unleash your Self.

You’re not meant to be confined by or to other people’s ideas or notions of what you may or may no be capable of.

You’re here to move into your greatest bloom. And like all great blooms, there are times to close, and rest, and tend to your inner nests.

There are times to redesign and reorganize from the inside out. But even in the work, the work of life, the work of what is calling you, even through each step of dedication, and discipline to participate fully in this moment, even within the focus there can be room for your unbridled Spirit.

Being big and bold can co-exist with respect for others, with respect for your own boundaries.

Your Spirit has wisdom and knowing. Let it express fully, and show you all that you are.

“I know you think this world is too dark to even dream in color, but I’ve seen flowers bloom at midnight. I’ve seen kites fly in gray skies and they were real close to looking like the sunrise, and sometime it takes the most wounded wings the most broken things to notice how strong the breeze is, how precious the flight.” - Andrea Gibson
