When the studio becomes the gallery. 📷🖼️ Every masterpiece has a story, and so does the artist behind it. 🎨 Today, we had the pleasure of documenting François and his stunning paintings in his element at Image Me The energy in the studio today was unmatched. 🔥 Capturing François alongside his incredible canvases, with Image Me working their magic behind the lens. Good things happen when painters, photographers, and creative minds get in the same room. 👨🏻‍🎨 Artist: @newellgu 📸 Studio & Shots: @imagemephotography @leagrandvalet 🤳 Art Direction & BTS Content: @ahbcgroup @anne_heloise #AHBCGroup #ImageMeStudios #ArtDirection #FineArt #BrandingAgency ArtistBehindTheScenes CreativeProcess ThisIsTheLife by @newellgu
“When it snows in Miami, flower petals fall like snowflakes” 24 x 30 in, mixed media on canvas, 2023 Snow never falls here. So I paint what could. Petals, light, color drifting through an impossible Miami sky. A digital surface reimagined by the hand. A climate invented. #newellgu #miamiart #contemporaryart #mixedmediaart #artbaselmiami #miamiartist by @newellgu
This piece is part of a long term exploration of water as both subject and presence. The work focuses on the shifting patterns of the sea, where repetition never truly repeats. The aim is not to depict the ocean, but to capture a moment of perception, a quiet internal movement. A meditative state held in the surface of things. 2022 Dimensions: 48 x 84 in (122 x 213 cm) Medium: Canvas, digital print, acrylic paint #newellgu #contemporaryart #galleryartist #artcollection #artcollector #miamiartscene #artbasel #nada #designdistrict #studiopractice by @newellgu
Neon pink meets fiery orange in Miami’s Design District. This mixed media piece captures the Yves Saint Laurent boutique under a Bouroullec canopy, where fashion, design, and vibrant color collide. #miamidesigndistrict #yvessaintlaurent #designbouroullec #contemporaryartwork #mixedmedia #NewellGU #neonartwork #miamiartscene by @newellgu
An arc, a flow, raw energy. The Design District turns into canvas, its architecture bending under an untamed movement. Miami, captured in black and white, struck by an electric blue. A moment suspended between memory and contemporary force. #DesignDistrictMiami #artbaselmiami #ContemporaryPainting #colorandform #miamiartscene by @newellgu
