2007 marked the beginning of something built to last 💚 We’re celebrating 19 years of building more than homes. We’re celebrating 19 years of earning trust, delivering craftsmanship, and creating spaces for life’s most meaningful moments! At the heart of it all, Scott and Melissa Powell have led with an unwavering commitment to excellence, guided by a mission that still defines us today: to create spaces and experiences that inspire joy, connection, and belonging - setting the standard for craft, creativity, and care in everything we design and build. Through thoughtful design, impeccable execution, and genuine relationships, we craft custom homes, interiors, and outdoor living spaces that reflect the unique story and aspirations of each client, while nurturing a workplace where our people thrive together as one family. Thank you to our homeowners, partners, and the Dallas community for allowing us to be a part of your story, and thank you for being a part of ours. Here’s to many more years together! When the builder has a few innovative design ideas of his own 😆 As husband and wife, builder and designer, Scott and Melissa Powell had a few creative challenges to work through while designing their latest family home. But in the end, their expertise and perspectives came together beautifully to create something even better than they could have ever imagined! Consider this your sign to dream big when designing your custom home. More often than not, the more complex the idea, the greater the payoff! #homebuilder #versus #homedesigner #designbuild #luxurycustomhomes by @newleafcustomhomesdallas
Our founders’ family is opening their doors again, this time for the Lovejoy Tour of Homes ❤️ Join us Saturday, November 7, from 11 AM–5 PM to explore five beautiful homes across Fairview and Lucas, with 100% of proceeds benefiting Lovejoy ISD students, teachers, and staff! With Scott and Melissa’s children attending Lovejoy, this event is especially close to our hearts. Opening their home is a meaningful way to give back to a community that has already made such an impact on their lives, and we’re honored to further support this mission as Title Sponsors. Comment “LOVEJOY” to secure your tickets and be part of a great cause! @foundation_4_lovejoy_schools | @lovejoyschools #lovejoy #tourofhomes #lovejoyisd #fairviewtx #customhome by @newleafcustomhomesdallas
There’s a lot to consider before building a custom home, but knowing where to start can make all the difference 👇 Step 1: Establish Your Investment Level Determine your overall budget and what you're comfortable investing. Step 2: Locate and Investigate the Land Find the right property and understand its opportunities and limitations. Step 3: Formulate Your Lifestyle Wish List Think about how you live, the spaces you need, and the features you've always dreamed of. Step 4: Create the Project Brief Turn your wish list into a clear plan outlining priorities, square footage goals, and budget considerations. Step 5: Assemble the Team Hire your architect, interior designer, builder, landscaper, and pool team. And these are only five of the important steps to take before breaking ground... Already starting to feel overwhelmed? That's where we come in! From navigating the early decisions to bringing every detail together, our in-house teams work collaboratively to simplify the process and guide you from concept to completion. Your dream home starts with a simple conversation. Message us to get started! #FAQ #customhomebuilding #customhomebuilders #homebuildingtips #dallasbuilders by @newleafcustomhomesdallas
