You gotta be in it to win it💎🔐 by @newtone2coo1

These past few days have been quite productive, not necessarily at the gym though, but I've been catching up with life as it was, before I started working on my debut album .. 'Patience is a virtue' . As you can see I'm not a fan of Filters and sugar-coating, I just like keeping it 💯. by @newtone2coo1

'It's the people you choose to surround yourself with.'
Everyone has outdone themselves in every which way possible, for this project.
There were times when we were so close to our failures that succeeding was our only option, only because we never lost faith in ourselves and the lord above us.
We choose to offer our best work, to the God Almighty 🙏 by @newtone2coo1

This grind is what we live for, running through the last stretch towards 'making it big'. Counting all my blessings, because I need them the most, much love to everyone who's showing up to witness the 'GREATNESS'. by @newtone2coo1

I was out looking for some locations for a shoot that I'm planning, I was not expecting to be able to hit the gym today so I had to improvise 🏆🙈

Sometimes the training videos don't turn out the way they're supposed to... These jokes are purely a work of fiction and are not supposed to represent any real life instances 🥺

While jumping has been associated with kids being goofy, as we grow old we forget that it's an important function of our body to be able to launch itself in the air. Most Gym bros fail to see this advantage because we are too caught up with getting ' S W O L E' . Jumping is not only good for your heart health but also for overall coordination of your body doing basic activities. Getting fit is the most simple thing you can pursue because there is no right or wrong about it, however this gym culture we have, promotes a specific image as 'Fit' and if you don't 'look' like that, you're just 'weak' 😂. Yes lifting should be a part of everyone's life but it shouldn't undermine the importance of using your own body weight to become more resilient than any gym bro pushing 100kgs on back-squats with 50" quads, just to trip and fall over when encountered by slightly high platforms😂.

I'm a Fan of myself NGL💯🌡️😈 by @newtone2coo1

This lift was inspired by @billmaeda . While people today are caught up with chasing shortcuts to their goals, it only drives them further away. 'Why is that the case ?' If you ask me I'd say, they don't believe in themselves enough, to feel comfortable that they can achieve them. Every hardship you face is a testament to your dedication towards YOUR OWN GOALS, if you can't put your all in, towards YOUR OWN GOALS then you should focus somewhere else where you think you can give it your all, otherwise don't bother, you're just wasting your own time.
