Coach and athlete earn their pro card ! 💳 Classic Physique and Open Bodybuilding @nic.fil What a weekend! My good friend and client Carl wanted to compete again after Toronto, so I told him we could do Vancouver and decided to hop in the show with him. I preped myself to share this week with him. We told no one, so no expectations, and did it pay off! 2 pro cards added to @nic.fil.coaching and what an overall experience this was to live with one of my best buds. Extremely grateful for all of this. Couldn’t be more proud of you my man! @_carllep A week that will remain ingraved in our memories for the rest of our lives, Really grateful to have achieved our goals together and to have experienced all of this with my coach @nic.fil , who, with time, has become a good friend! Without one or the other, none of this would have happened this weekend at the @vanproshow Thank you for everything, my brother. We’re going to make our pro debut together; that’s the plan for now. Stay tuned, guys. 🏆 Special thanks to Michelle Krack for this amazing show ! @buffmums #bodybuilding #bodybuilder #classicphysique #openbodybuilding #ifbbprofessionalleague #ifbbpro by @nic.fil.coaching

IT’S A WRAP So proud of the improvements I brought to the stage this year. It took me a little while to actually let myself feel proud because I could still hear that little voice in my head pinpointing everything that could’ve been better. But hey, there’s only so much you can do in a year when it comes to building muscle, and I DID beat last year’s package and placement. That’s a win in itself for me đŸ€žđŸŒ Shoutout to my coach @nic.fil for helping me see this prep all the way through, even with me coming in at 7 weeks out. It definitely wasn’t ideal, but I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome âïžđŸ„‡ I felt so grounded on stage and truly in my element. Shoutout to my posing coach @oxalie.periard for helping me get there I’m beyond grateful for the supportive circle I have around me. The love and support were unreal. It’s such a privilege to be able to make so many sacrifices for something you love and have your people recognize and appreciate all the hard work that goes into it. Going through prep at the same time as my boyfriend made this experience even more special. Getting to push each other and experience the sport we both love made it all that much more meaningful. @slxwn I’m ending this prep with an even greater love for the sport. It’s not an easy one, but it’s so worth it to see what you’re capable of when you put your mind to something. So now, let’s reverse and GROW â€ïžâ€đŸ”„ by @nic.fil.coaching

đŸ€ #gymgirl #fatloss #pertedegras #equilibre by @nic.fil.coaching
